As a specialized technology company in pipeline intelligent inspection,J Company,like most domestic enterprises,gradually expanded with the development of the times,the gradual increase of funds,in a period of time needs to manage multiple projects at the same time.In a number of projects management process,resource scarcity,shortage of talent and organizational conflicts and other issues become increasingly prominent,the traditional single project management method has been difficult to adapt to the current situation of multiple projects.Therefore,multi-project management issues are proposed,to complete of strategic organization-level multi-project integration and portfolio management,really play a role in optimizing resources,reducing costs and improving efficiency,so that the company can achieve their strategic objectives as soon as possible.Multi-projects management meets the needs of enterprise development.It can improve the competitiveness of enterprises,and play a very important role in the sustainable development of enterprises.Based on theabove background,this paper analyzes the current status,resources,project organization and project management process of J Company on the basis of the research of multi-project management literature at home and abroad,combined with the basic theory of multi-project management and pointed out the existing problems and the reasons of the problems.This paper attempts to establish a hierarchical level,multi-project management system based on multi-project management theory,adjust the functions of the departments,establish the control-support project management office,and the project management office in personnel configuration requirements,functions and mission objectives were described,J Company multi-project management model to build,and finally several aspects,such as optimal allocation of resources,establishment of communication mechanisms,establishment of performance evaluation and incentive mechanisms were described to implement the multi-project management.The article attempts to build its own multi-project management system of J Company,to provide senior leaders reference of J Company.
