As oil fields enter the late stage of high-water development,the difficulty in oil and gas treatment and the cost increase drastically,besides the energy waste is seriously.As the core of oilfield surface engineering,the gathering and transportation system consumes a large amount of energy,The key to solve the oil fields waste is to increase the level of energy consumption of oil and gas gathering and transportation systems.In order to carry out energy saving and consumption reduction work more smoothly,it is particularly important to reasonably evaluate the energy using of oil fields.Therefore,based on the analysis of the production status of oilfield enterprises and the previous studies,according to the basic requirements of energy conservation,and the principle of evaluation index system construction,the crude oil gathering system is divided into five independent units:oil collection systems,dewatering systems,stabilization systems,and natural gas processing systems,as well as the sewage treatment system,the evaluation index system for the entire production process of the oil and gas enterprise gathering and transportation system was established in terms of production efficiency and energy intensity.The index system includes one first-level indicator,five second-level indicators and 32 Three indicators.In order to improve the level of energy using in the oilfield,by comparing the adaptability of various comprehensive evaluation methods,a comprehensive evaluation method of critical is used to evaluate the energy consumption of oilfield enterprises,and an improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on the oil collection system of Daqing Oilfield is constructed.An objective and effective evaluation was made of the eight oil collection systems energy levels,and the corresponding improvement plans were proposed for the main influencing factors of the energy efficiency level.Through the comparison of indicator values after the implementation of the program,it was found that the energy level has been effectively improved.The index system corresponds to the current energy consumption statistics to meet the energy conservation assessment,and can objectively and comprehensively reflect the energy consumption of the entire production process of the gathering and transportation system.The improved fuzzy mathematics evaluation method is more comprehensive in the evaluation results and can reduce the influence of human factors in the evaluation process to a greater extent.It can provide not only a more objective and fair quantitative assessment but aslo a scientific orientation of the research object.In addition,the effectiveness of the improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method used in this paper is verified by the combination of theory and practice,and the scientificity and rationality of oilfield energy using evaluation are increased.The results prove that the modified evaluation model is feasible and effective.
