As the lifeblood of national industry,oil plays an important role in the development of the country.With the increase of oil production,most of the oil fields enter the late stage of oil development,the water content of produced fluid increases,which makes the energy consumption of oil and gas gathering and transportation system increase and the operation efficiency decrease.Therefore,through the performance evaluation of energy conservation and consumption reduction of oil and gas gathering and transmission system,the weak links in the production and operation process are found,and scientific and reasonable energy conservation measures are put forward to reduce the amount of energy consumption,so as to improve the energy utilization level of the system and achieve the purpose of energy conservation and consumption reduction.According to the process characteristics of oil and gas gathering and transportation system,this paper mainly completes the following work:(1)This paper mainly expounds the basic theories of performance evaluation of energy-saving management of oil and gas gathering and transportation system,such as the concept of performance evaluation,the purpose of performance evaluation,the indicators of performance evaluation,the connotation of performance evaluation,the process of performance evaluation and the methods of performance evaluation;(2)Based on the analysis of the process flow of the oil and gas gathering and transportation system,the gathering and transportation system is divided into three links: transfer station,metering station and pipeline network.According to the principle of energy balance,the energy balance model of metering station,transfer station,pipeline and other links of oil and gas gathering and transmission system is established,and the energy consumption evaluation indexes of each link are given;(3)The empirical selection methods such as consulting literature and related books,analyzing the actual measurement data and so on completed the pre selection of the evaluation index.Then,the expert consultation method was used to select the evaluation index.The evaluation system of energy conservation and consumption reduction of the gathering and transmission system of the transfer station and the metering station was established,and the weight of the evaluation index was established by AHP;(4)The performance evaluation of energy saving and consumption reduction is carried out for the gathering system of transfer station and metering station in an oil production plant of Liaohe Oilfield.In this paper,the performance evaluation system of energy saving and consumption reduction of oil and gas gathering and transmission system is constructed,and the evaluation score of energy saving and consumption reduction of the transfer station system and metering station system is obtained by taking the transfer station system and metering station system as an example.The gathering and transportation system of the taking the transfer station has the highest score and the best performance of X40 station,followed by X6 station,X3 station,X5 station,X54 station,X6 station,X38 station,X51 station,and X7 station with the lowest score and the worst energysaving performance;In the gathering and transportation system of metering stations,the highest score of X46 station was the best performance,followed by X43 station,X55 station,S2 station,T1 station,X18 station,X20 station,X35 station,X62 station,X21 station and X23 station,and the lowest score of the double-11 station was the worst performance.Finally,the evaluation indexes of the energy-saving management performance evaluation system of the transfer station gathering and transmission system and the metering station gathering and transmission system are compared and analyzed to find out the existing problems and deficiencies of each station,and put forward the corresponding energy-saving measures.
