The winding hydraulic slotting machine is a safety equipment utilized in the mining field.By slotting the coal seam with the high-pressure water,the crack in the seam can be enlarged and developed,therefore the permeability of the coal,as well as the gas extraction efficiency,can be improved.With the aid of computer simulation technology,taking the propulsion system of winding hydraulic slotting machine as the research object,combined with the working environment,this research deals with the performance and reliability analysis both on hydraulics and mechanics.The main works and results are as follows.(1)The hydraulic principle of the system was analyzed.The hydraulic simulation system was established in AMESim and the process of the computation and selection of the main components were illustrated.The system was simulated from four aspects: the external load,the internal oil leakage of hydraulic cylinder,the pipe parameters,and the manufacturing accuracy of hydraulic cylinder.By setting different coefficient of leaking,the oil leakage was proofed to have a significant influence on the hydraulic system.Besides,with the simulation of pipe parameters,the type and diameter were found to have a relation with the stationary and pressure-keeping ability.In addition,mass and rod diameter machining error of the hydraulic cylinder can take an effect on the dynamic characteristics.(2)The force condition of the propulsion cylinder was analyzed,and based on this,the static analysis was carried out in ANSYS,through which the range of safe radial load,the critical radial load at the beginning of failure and the radial load when the material reaches the yield limit were sequentially calculated.Besides,the force of the clamping mechanism was calculated,then based on it,the static analysis was carried out,which proved the reliability of this mechanism.(3)The buckling analysis of the pulling and fixing mechanism was conducted,and thereby obtained the critical buckling load.The modal analysis of the straightening structure was carried out,and the first 10 natural frequencies of the structure were obtained.By analyzing the model shape,the position where the structure is mostly likely to resonate was found out.The frequency response curve of the structure was drawn through the analysis of harmonic resonance.The frequency that is most likely to resonate was located.The vibration of the structure under this frequency was analyzed,and the advice to avoid resonate was presented.
