Fabric production is used widely and involve many fields.But the curling of knitted fabrics bring disadvantages.The curling directly affect the storage,dyeing and sewing of the fabric.So this problem should be solve urgently.This paper research a new technology of restraining curing.,which is coating in the side of the fabric.This method can restrain curing of the fabric through changing the mechanical property of fabric coating in side.In this paper,based on the analytical formula of the weft knitted fabric coil,the homogenization theory is used to predict the elastic properties of knitted fabrics and coated knitted fabrics.Then the numerical simulation technology is used to compare the effect of different coating parameters on the buckling deformation of the side coated knitted fabric.Finally,the orthogonal experiment method is used to optimize the coating process,which provides guidance for actual production.The main contents of this paper include the following parts.(1)The cell models of weft plain knitted fabrics and coated knitted fabrics were established,and then the equivalent elastic performance parameters of the knitted fabric and the coated knitted fabric were simulated by the homogenization method,and the experimental verification was carried out.(2)Simulate the tension deformation of knitted fabrics with different coating forms and determine the suitable coating form of knitted fabrics.(3)Using the nonlinear buckling deformation analysis method,the influence of different coating parameters on the buckling deformation of the side-coated fabric is discussed.(4)Supposing three evaluation indexes of buckling amplitude coefficient,buckling dispersion coefficient and buckling area coefficient,which are used to evaluate the degree of buckling deformation.(5)Using orthogonal test method to optimize the coating process,TOPSISentropy method was used to analyze the simulation results and explore the optimal coating parameters,and the experimental verification was carried out.
