With the rapid development of computer Internet information technology and the rapid spread of global economic integration in the past two decades,the financial service sharing model has gradually been copied and promoted by various medium-sized enterprise groups.In the early 1980 s,Ford Company of the United States officially announced the creation of the world's first financial service sharing center,and officially began to apply and promote the enterprise resource planning system worldwide.However,in fact,the financial service sharing model has been circulated to China for a relatively late period of time.Many practical problems have arisen in the actual operation of Chinese enterprises,which has caused many advantages of the model to be weakened,if foreign research is directly If the results and application models are directly copied,it will be difficult to match the actual situation of the Chinese enterprise group.This paper takes the domestic large heavy industry group A as an example to study the construction and current situation of the Group A Financial Service Sharing Center.On the basis of the domestic and international literature review,through the combing of the theory of scale economy and business process reengineering and the many field visits to the A Group Sharing Center,the status quo of the center is analyzed from many aspects and the existing problems are summarized.It consists of three categories: organization and personnel management,business process and risk control.In terms of organization and personnel management,Group A mainly has problems such as difficulty in coordination between the financial department and the financial sharing center of the business unit,lack of assessment system and employee turnover.After the analysis of the causes,it proposes to set up the Sichuan branch,increase the management functions of the center,and customize the detailed Optimization proposal for balanced scorecard evaluation system;in business process,propose optimization suggestions for four business processes: accounts payable,expense reimbursement,accounts receivable and general ledger,establish employee self-reimbursement platform,online communication platform,and adjust Payment cycle,etc.In terms of financial and systemic risks,Group A has certain problems such as lax supervision and obstacles in system updating.After the analysis of the causes,targeted optimization suggestions are proposed.
