In order to meet the requirements of offshore drilling rigs at home and abroad and related supporting facilities for ultra-deep wells on land,the principle and operation of rigs in various harsh working environments are further analyzed,and it is believed that the solution to conventional drilling rigs occurs in various working conditions and environments.Technical issues and on-site problems are necessary.Therefore,it is very important to carry out optimization research on the original traditional rotary table.For this reason,this paper has optimized the research and design of the traditional drilling rotary table under the ultra-deep wells of nine kilometers.The traditional rig rotary table often appears in daily use: the mud leaks into the turntable to damage the parts,the gear transmission is low in efficiency,the noise is large,the drill pipe is easily damaged and the accident occurs,the reliability of the single structure is poor,the traditional gear pair and the outlet hole design The resulting low strength and short life,the main fill function can not be both,the brake device can easily lead to accidents,bevel gears take up space and other issues.In this paper,with regard to the problems of these traditional rotary drilling machines,the structure and form optimization of the base structure,gear pair,main compensator,inertial brake,bevel gear and other components of the traditional rotary table are targeted and optimized.This kind of optimization research has solved the problems of the original turntable obviously,improved the performance in all aspects,and greatly improved the reliability,life span,safety,etc.,and is more adaptable to various bad working environments.At the same time,the life and strength of the optimized components of the turntable are analyzed and calculated by the software.Use Solidworks software and Pro/E to perform finite element analysis on key components such as the optimized input shaft,base,and bevel gear pair.The research results show that the optimization scheme of the traditional rig rotary table is feasible,the structural arrangement is more reasonable,the relevant technical indicators such as work performance are reliable,and the design specifications and requirements are met.This optimized design idea provides new ideas for the design and application of superdeep well and large load-bearing turntables in the future.
