Design And Use Of Rotary Table For Type ZJ70/4500Drilling Rigs

The oil drilling machine is a very important equipment in recover petroleum, and therotary table is an important forming equipment in the drilling machine ground rotating drilling.In the course of work, we find that there are some problems about oil leakage and seal.In theaspects of the installation, maintenance of the rotary table and the clearance adjustment of thebearings,there are also some work could be done.In addition,according to the calculationmethods of the ISO,the main bearing’s life is very short,but according to the using experience,the main bearing has not been failure problem. In view of the above problems, I make a studyabout the rotary table.So the study depend on the ZJ70/4500oil drilling machine’s work state and technicalrequirements, in the light of the ZP375rotary table’s principle of work and it’s purpose,getacross confirm the rotary’s diameter and other basis parameters. With these basis parametersget the rotary’s accidence structure.And that make analysis for the rotary’s main partsincluding prick gear intensity analyse, analysis of the axis intensity,head stock option and it’sintensity analyse,bond option and its intensity analyse.Finally on the basis of the intensityanalyse fix on the rotary’s whole structure.By the three dimension software SolidWorksprotract the ZP375rotary table’s total assembly drawing and it’s horizontal axis’ assemblydrawing.and than protract the axis,gear and shells’ Two-dimensional map by Auto CAD.Inaddition,I made a study about the clearance adjustment of the bearings,the problems of oilleakage and seal,and put forward the solutions.
