Ding porcelain has a long history,It has exerted a profound influence on the development of porcelain culture and art in northern China,as one of the five famous kilns in Song Dynasty,Ding Porcelain Art is a precious national treasure of China,the development of Ding Porcelain has an important impact on the development of China's porcelain industry.Because of its quiet and elegant color and unique carving decoration,it has a unique charm in many pottery in Hebei Province.Since the renaissance of the porcelain in the 1970 s,the development of porcelain has been integrated into the spiritual culture of the contemporary people.In the current era,it is necessary to carry out the development of the porcelain industry on the basis of inheriting history.Promoting the industrialization process of porcelain is an important way to accelerate the realization of the grand goal of comprehensive revitalization of porcelain.The development of rural Ding Porcelain industry in Quyang County is a new subject,on the premise of preserving cultural genes,we should develop a new way of development,and make the rural Ding Porcelain industry in Quyang County fully revive and prosper through the dual realization of cultural and economic values of Ding Porcelain.After clearly defining the concept of porcelain,this paper analyzes the development status of rural porcelain industry in Quyang County by combining cobweb theory and market intervention theory,and recognizes the advantages and future development trend of Quyang County's porcelain industry in Hebei Province.Through data inquiry and actual investigation,using cluster analysis method,we selected the statistical data from 2009 to 2018,as well as 11 representative ceramics enterprises workshops in Quyang countryside.From the three aspects of output,technology and production efficiency,it is concluded that the superficial reason for the development difference of rural fixed porcelain industry in Quyang County is the influence of production technology,and the fundamental reason is the preservation and inheritance of traditional fixed porcelain art and culture in the village.On the basis of drawing lessons from domestic and foreign research results,combined with the characteristics of Quyang County's Ding Porcelain Industry and the distribution law and reasons of its village industry,the long-term,short-term and dynamic analysis of the factors affecting Quyang County's rural Ding Porcelain Industry is carried out comprehensively and systematically,the macro factors affecting the development of rural Ding Porcelain industry in Quyang County are summarized as follows: supply factors,demand factors and other factors.Ten micro-indicators are selected for comparison,and the ranking of factors affecting the development of rural Ding-Porcelain industry in Quyang County is obtained as the basis of countermeasures for the development of rural Ding-Porcelain industry in Quyang County.Through the analysis of the factors affecting the development of the porcelain industry and the characteristics of the characteristics of the porcelain production in Quyang County,the countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the development of the rural porcelain industry in Quyang County are proposed: strengthen personnel training,promote the development of science and technology in the fixed porcelain industry;strengthen industrial agglomeration,promote the development of large-scale porcelain;strengthen policy support,accelerate the pace of development of fixed porcelain;strengthen brand building,increase the premium of fixed porcelain products;develop declaration economy,pre-determine porcelain Industrial sustainability.At this stage,the Quyang County Ding Porcelain Industry is in the embryonic stage of industrial rejuvenation.It not only needs the promotion of the industry itself,but also the help of the policy government.The innovation of this paper is to use cluster analysis method to cluster 11 Ding Porcelain representative enterprises in Quyang County from 2009 to 2018,from the three dimensions of technology,production efficiency and output,it is concluded that the main reason for the widening gap in the development of village ceramics industry is the spread of traditional technology.The grey relational degree model is used to rank the factors affecting the development of rural Ding-Porcelain industry in Quyang County,and the impact of each factor on rural Ding-Porcelain industry in Quyang County is analyzed.
