Study On The Evaluation And Promotion Strategy Of Silicon Industry Competitiveness In Suichuan County, Jiangxi Province

The silicon industry is an emerging industry that uses silica as a raw material to obtain crystalline silicon,silicon powder and other materials through processing.It involves many industries such as automobiles,electric power,building materials,semiconductors,aerospace,etc.The products are widely used and are very important in modern production and life.The silicon industry of china starts very late and has various problems such as uneconomic scale,weak market supervision,and low added value of products.Those problems lowers the regional silicon industry's competitive,thus affecting the well-around development of its social economy.The geographical location of Suichuan County is not superior to that of other three counties and the development of silicon industry starts very late.However,it has abundant reserves and high quality silicon resources.Therefore,how to effectively utilize the resource endowment advantages,seize the opportunity of new material industry development,and rationally layout the silicon crystal industry is an urgent problem to be solved.By studying the competitiveness of the silicon industry in Suichuan County is conducive to fully understanding its industrial development environment,making theoretical references for the development planning of the industry,and promoting the sustainable development of the county's silicon industry.Based on a large number of domestic and foreign literatures,field investigations in Suichuan County,Donghai County and others,this paper uses SWOT analysis method to qualitatively study the development environment of regional silicon industry,and compares with the development advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the silicon industry in four regions.While the gray correlation model is used to quantitatively study the key data of the regional silicon ore resources,the layout of the silicon enterprises and the output value of related industries,and the conclusions are as follows:(1)The industrial competitiveness is still at a relatively low level in Suichuan County,however,the improvement rate has become faster than that of the other three counties in recent years;(2)The silicon industry in Suichuan County has great development advantages,such as resource endowment,energy advantages,policy support,etc.,and there is a large room for the improvement in industrial competitiveness;(3)It's the number of brands,the export situation and the output of silicon products that have the highest correlations with the regional industrial competitiveness,which indicates that the above factors are the main factors affecting the competitiveness of the silicon industry in Suichuan County.Based on the research conclusions,the strategy for enhancing the competitiveness of the silicon industry proposed in this paper has the following aspects:(1)Guiding the integration of resources and creating quality brands.The main way is to integrate small and medium-sized silicon enterprises,optimize industrial structure;to develop wind power,geothermal resources and other resources in order to ensure adequate energy supply;to use the resource advantages to extend the silicon micro-powder industry chain and to create a brand with high quality and quantity.(2)Consolidating the industrial base and improving the industrial layout.Suichuan County can introduce the industries with low entry thresholds and high technological content actively,and lay out a suitable industrial chain for the development of itself;it can also plan to build a silicon industrial park and improve industrial infrastructure construction.(3)Strengthening supervision and management,and improving the investment and entrepreneurial environment.Suichuan County can build a transparent,scientific,standardized and ordered management system,and strengthen the management and supervision of mineral rights;besides,it can create a convenient,comfortable and vibrant external environment;and Suichuan County also can seize the opportunity of enjoying the policy dividend of the Central Soviet Area,striving for the development funds actively,and creating a good investment environment.(4)Encouraging technological innovation and introducing new talents.Suichuan County can introduce and cultivate large-scale enterprises with core technologies,and encourage independent innovation.It can also expand talent recruitment channels and introduce innovative talents,giving play to the leading role of talents.
