With the sustained development of China's industry,the demand for dangerous chemicals is increasing,and the safety problems of dangerous chemicals transportation are also increasing.Facing the frequent road traffic accidents of dangerous chemicals,it is necessary not only to formulate perfect laws and regulations to restrict the development of dangerous chemicals transportation industry,but also to adopt advanced monitoring and early warning means to monitor the abnormal state of transport vehicles in the course of transportation in order to reduce the occurrence of accidents.Based on the development status of monitoring technology for dangerous chemicals Road transport vehicles in China,and combined with sensor technology,wireless communication technology,positioning and navigation technology,computer technology and other technologies,this paper studies and designs an online monitoring and management system for dangerous chemicals transport vehicles.This paper analyses the development status of monitoring technology for dangerous chemicals transportation industry and dangerous chemicals transportation vehicles at home and abroad,and designs the overall scheme of online monitoring and management system for dangerous chemicals transportation vehicles.The system is divided into two parts: on-board terminal and monitoring management center.The on-board terminal includes sensor group module,main processor module,peripheral circuit module,GPS module and GPRS module.The peripheral circuit module is designed in this paper.The selected GPS module and GPRS module are introduced.The AT instruction and NMEA-0183 protocol are analyzed.At the same time,the module subroutines of on-board terminal are designed to realize analog transmission.Input data acquisition,real-time geographic location acquisition of vehicles,and wireless transmission of packaged data.Using PHP,Java Script,CSS,HTML technology,combined with My SQL database and Aliyun server,this paper designs a monitoring and management center,which realizes the basic functions of real-time display of data on vehicle,query of historical data,daily management of driver and transport vehicle information,account management,etc.The whole system is built in the laboratory environment and the core functions are tested.The test results show that the system designed in this paper can meet the design requirements.
