In recent years,the safety and quality problems of water resources and water environment have affected the steady development of society and the vital interests of everyone.It is imperative to strengthen the monitoring of urban river drainage outlets.This paper takes the sewage outfall of a river in a city as the monitoring object,uses the Internet of things,embedded technology and other technical means to design and implement the typical functional modules of the water supervision system,and comprehensively analyzes the typical problems encountered in hardware deployment and software design.It constitutes a typical application system for water affairs supervision,satisfies the typical requirements related to urban water supervision,and provides data reference for the relevant water conservancy departments to carry out water quality analysis.In this paper,on the basis of the typical requirements for urban water monitoring,the status quo of application of information technology and automation tools in water management,and the overview of typical issues related to the Internet of Things.The two types of typical core functions of the water supervision system have been studied in detail,including a water quality monitoring function module based on the Internet of Things and a water resource management function module based on the Internet of Things.For the water quality monitoring function module based on the Internet of Things,the design of embedded hardware and communication functions for the sensor nodes of the typical parameters(mainly water quality,water quantity,water level,etc.)was carried out,through common nodes and central nodes(Remote Terminals Unit).The cooperation between the unit RTU and the server realizes an online monitoring sensor network combined with layering and distributed.In terms of hardware deployment,the water quality monitoring,combined with embedded power management and long-range wireless communication(LoRa)technology,has realized a covert monitoring scheme,thereby strengthening the actual effect of law enforcement inspection.For the water supply material management function module based on the Internet of Things,the design of the typical functions of material management software based on high-frequency and ultra-high frequency Radio Frequency Identification(RFID)readers was focused on,and the object code identifier(OID)was used to unify the coding and efficient information.The interaction has realized the unification,coordination and optimization of the typical links including warehousing,delivery,inventory,and spot inspection.The water quality monitoring system based on the Internet of things is applied to the sewage discharge port in a city.The water quality is monitored regularly,the water quality data is analyzed and the water quality alarm is processed.The environmental situation and the sewage discharge in the river area are well monitored.It is proved that the related hardware modules,software and algorithm are effective solutions to some typical problems of urban water supervision.
