Plastic is one of the most important materials today.Plastic molding processing is an engineering technology.According to the principle of plastic processing,the common methods can be divided into injection molding,suction molding,extrusion molding and blow molding.Blow molding is a rapidly developing plastic processing method.However,when using conventional blow molding to moulding complex shape pipes,burrs will be generated due to the overflow of plastic materials.In blow moulding,deburring is one of the most important processes.After investigating several plastic manufacturers in the region,we know that manufacturer uses manual method to treat the overflow side.This type of treatment has problems such as poor operating environment and low reliability.Therefore,this project takes a plastics manufacturer in Chongqing as the research object,and carries out automatic design and research of its manual overflow treatment station.The main design and research contents are as follows:(1)Through the analysis of the process flow and equipment layout of the overflow treatment station,the mechanical structure and overall control scheme of the automation system were designed,and the operation process of each component in the pneumatic system and the mechanical transmission system were analyzed.(2)Analyzed the dynamic characteristics of the automation system transmission system and crack cracking of cracked parts during processing.The mathematical model of the motor screw drive system and the manipulator cylinder movement in the transmission system is established.Using the software of matlab,the relationship between the current inside the motor and the speed,displacement and acceleration of the sliding table was obtained,and the relationship between the opening of the solenoid valve and the speed of the cylinder of the manipulator was obtained.The ABAQUS/CAE tool was used to analyze the cracking of parts with cracks during processing.The results show that The parts with different thickness of overflow have different flatness of crack fracture surface,and corresponding improvement measures were given.(3)The hardware and software of the automatic control system were designed.The model of the PLC and its expansion module was selected and the input and output portsof the PLC were assigned.The structure of the manipulator and clamping device was designed.The components in the pneumatic system are calculated and their models were determined.The QT software was used to design the human-machine interface.The communication between the master and slave stations was established through the modbus protocol,and the program of master and slave stations was compiled.Designed and produced the automation system of the overflow treatment station.The feasibility of structure and control scheme design is proved by running and debugging the automation system.On the basis of the existing automation system,it can be applied to the actual production site through further improvement,which has certain theoretical significance and engineering practical value for improving product quality stability,reducing production cost and labor intensity.
