Bell-less blast furnace charging device is the core equipment of blast furnace ironmaking,which can arrange the charging according to the industrial demand to the proper position in the blast furnace.The reasonable charging system can guide the production of blast furnace scientifically,ensure the stable running of blast furnace and improve the production efficiency.Designed in this paper improved the existing blast furnace material equipment,to overcome the existing blast furnace material equipment transmission structure is complex,low control accuracy of faults,with double servo motor drive without a clock cloth LiuTong rotation and tilting device,bell furnace material process,development without the control model of cloth,for blast furnace in the direction of the intelligent,efficient,green development plays a very important role.In this paper,a compound oscillating bell-less distributing device of bf is designed,which takes the seven-bar mechanism of two-degree-of-freedom space as the main mechanism.The kinematics analysis of the transmission system of the distributing device is carried out,and the relationship between the tilting speed of the chute and the speed of the slider,as well as the relationship between the tilting Angle of the chute and the position of the slider are analyzed,which lays a foundation for the establishment of the control model.Two servo motors are used to drive the rotation and tilt of the chute respectively.The charging process of bell-less blast furnace is analyzed,and the complete flow process of the charge starting from the furnace pot,passing through the central pipe,sliding along the chute and falling into the furnace throat is studied.The distribution model of blast furnace is established by fitting the shape of charge surface and coke ratio distribution with polynomial function.Using the discrete element method,the use of EDEM software within the burden in blast furnace on movement simulation,research on the case LiuTong Angle of 10 ° respectively,20 °,30 °,40 °,and 50 ° burden trajectory in the throat,to verify the exactness of the bell cloth model.According to the diameter of the furnace throat,the gear position of the annular cloth was set,and the sinusoidal acceleration curve was used as the motion model when the gear position of the tilting motor jumped,so as to achieve the motion control effect without impact in the process of feeding.The motor motion rule in the acceleration and deceleration process was set,and the annular cloth control model was obtained.According to the method of average material surface area to define the parameter equation of spiral cloth,the least square method is adopted to calculate the multi-point fitting equation of spiral cloth,and then the motor control model of spiral cloth is obtained.According to the production situation and basic parameters of blast furnace,the control equation of motor speed at 10r/min and 10r/min is obtained by substituting it into the control model,and the distribution of charging track and charge in the furnace throat is obtained through calculation and simulation.
