Study On The Improvement Of Residents' Participation In The Classification Of Domestic Wastes In L City

As the basic subsystem of the overall development of the city,the urban community is an important carrier for the growth and development of new things.It can effectively promote the promotion and popularization of grassroots policies,and the community residents are both an audience for the change of waste classification behavior and a community environment improvement.Direct participants are important for advancing and popularizing waste sorting.Based on the development of the waste classification policy of D city,this paper selects the first batch of garbage community pilots in the L community as the object of this research and intervention,and uses the literature method,questionnaire method and observation method to study the residents' participation in the L community domestic waste classification.The situation,and carry out the corresponding community activities according to the actual research situation.With reference to the current existing classification,attitudes and behavioral scales of waste classification,the author cites some questions suitable for the research content of this paper,and designs a measurement scale for the classification of household wastes,which was distributed with the assistance of the community workers in the previous period.Filling out and recycling;through the trial distribution of the questionnaire,and the SPSS data analysis,the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were verified,and finally the questionnaire was put into the community,so as to analyze the participation of the garbage classification of the L community residents.The problem is based on ecosystem theory and social learning theory,with eommunity leaders as intervention targets,design team activities,and carry out community work to solve the problem of low participation of community residents in household waste classification.In the process of intervention,social workers are required to be able to pay attention to the changes and growth of each participant's environmental behavior during the implementation of community activities,and also require social workers to effectively extend the meaning of community activities and improve the internal health environment of the community.To help community residents develop their own environmental improvement capabilities,tap the internal resources of the community,and exert the influence among the community members' peer groups,and drive more residents to increase the participation of community living waste classification,so that the L community's environmental community work has Universality and practicality.This paper analyzes the social media workers,intervention activities in different stages of specific situation changes in a targeted and gradual way:one is to deepen the cognition of team members,the other is to correct the attitude of group members' garbage classification,and the third is to The behavior of the group members changes,and through the group activities involved in the comprehensive evaluation of the early and late stages,analyzes the effectiveness of social worker intervention,and finally promotes the environmental awareness of the community residents and the development of classification behavior,taps the internal human resources of the community,and improves the participation of community residents.Problems,thus achieving a long-term development of the community as a whole.
