Billet marking device used for continuous casting steel billet production of signs. Aiming at red hot billet marking specification character design requirements, design a on line marking device based on mechanical design, servo control and pneumatic control technology. The number can be marked on the billet surface by the device, which is consisted of a continuous casting machine, production date and other information consisting of unique number. Facilitating enrerprise production management and quality tracking, effectively preventing mixing slab when the event occurs, avoiding quality disputes caused by the marker is not clear.Comprehensive the development trend of the industy for domestic and foreign steel billet marking, clarify the significance of the research. To define the institution composed of markup theory and related equipment:includes the moving box and equipment base. Based on the production conditions and marking requirements, the article compared several forms of characters. And then detailed introduce the process arrangement.According to the site condition and production requirement, designed the marking equipment for the overall scheme. Through different drive form of compared, according to function requirments, the influence of the precision and efficiency, explicited the drive form of equipment subject and the marking mechanism. The marking mechanism is the cort parts of the equipment for Cartesian type structure, according to billet sizes, character writing requriements and workers conditions. Through related check calculation, determined the reliability of the selected components. To ensure the normal operation of equipment, reduce the damage caused by extermal factors, the key components of marking equipment, such as: lateral collision mechanism, gun protection device, have been improved design. At the same time, considering the influence of the equipment working environment temperature on the internal electrical components, thermal protection and cooling system have been designed.
