Due to the complex internal space and the difficulty of old multistory industrial plant regeneration project,it is necessary to research its construction safety management capabilities. The maturity model can provide clear and intuitive analysis and evaluation of the project's construction safety management capabilities, which is convenient for future management processes to address weak points and improve safety management. After reading a lot of literature,it is found that the application of maturity theory in the construction field is mostly focused on new construction projects, and only a little attention is paid to the regeneration of old industrial plants, especially multistory plants. Therefore, this paper focuses on the maturity model and conducts construction safety management evaluation research on the old multistory industrial plant regeneration project. The main research contents are as follows:(1)Firstly,this paper analyzes related theories of construction safety management of old industrial plant regeneration projects by reading a lot of literature, puts forward the deficiencies in the current research, and summarizes old multistory industrial plants based on field investigations in cities such as Beijing,Xi'an and Baoji.Based on the characteristics of the building structure,a project management maturity theory was proposed to evaluate the maturity of the construction safety management of the old multistory industrial plant regeneration project.(2)Secondly,this paper extracts the index from safety laws, industry standards and other documents to evaluate the maturity of the construction safety management of the old multistory industrial plant regeneration project. The index system of 28 secondary indicators in five dimensions includes materials management, mechanical facility management, technical method management, organization and personnel management and environmental management.(3)In addition,AHP is used to quantify the complex and redundant evaluation indicators to obtain the comprehensive weight of the indicators.Based on this, the gray correlation model is used to analyze the correlation between the indicators and the best management status, and the gray comprehensive evaluation is used to get the final maturity level and determine the project's construction safety management capabilities and optimization directions in the future.(4)Finally,a U-shaped multistory old industrial plant regeneration project is taken as an example to verify the feasibility of the construction safety management maturity evaluation model and to propose improvement suggestions based on the result of the model, which provides an effective reference for similar projects.
