Recently,the development of Tobacco in China has undergone tremendous changes.With the increase of production concentration in the industry and the rapid expansion of production scale,tobacco production has entered the "order type" production mode.However,with the severe form of tobacco control,the market demand of the industry tends to saturation.Under the influence of the economic downturn of the industry,how to reduce the production cost of enterprises and improve the economic benefits has become a problem to be considered by many cigarette factories.Z cigarette factory as the largest one in H province in recent years beyond the combination of technological upgrading projects,became H province state-owned manufacturing enterprise informatization transformation key,but in terms of current production information system,information data is scattered,all kinds of data using efficiency is low.This paper based on lean production management idea,advocated by the national tobacco cigarette factories production mode based on the current Z,find the problems in the direction and the optimization of problem are analyzed.To pull production of lean production management as a guide,including automatic data collection,data processing and analysis function,the optimization design,the factory automation equipment,data,production data,quality testing data into the production information system,to the strict quality control of products,optimize production scheduling at the same time,reduce the production cost.In the analysis and optimization design of production information system of Z cigarette factory,visual graphical representation method is adopted to describe complete and consistent system use cases according to demand analysis.Five modules including production management,quality management,inventory management,equipment management and user management are designed,and static and dynamic modeling is carried out for the five modules.In the system design,RUP iterative development process and application framework as well as Rational a Rose programming environment were adopted,and the implementation methods ofhigh-performance C/S structure,OPC communication,popular database and its access technology were discussed.
