With the development of economy, the requirements of manufacturer for the type and quality of paper is increasingly promoted, resulting in higher demand of rewinding machine control system. A set of control program is needed to propose, which can both meet the requirements of system and possess excellent reliability and re-usability. while the control program of rewinding machine electric control system designed in traditional method lacks of standardization, re-usability and readability, affecting the operation of personnel on the program. At present, object-oriented programs has been widely applied in the field of computer programming, which makes the exploitation and maintenance of software engineering, standard and re-usable. while the programming method is seldom applied during the exploitation process of the rewinding machine control system, the way how to put the object-oriented programming method into the program design of rewinding machine control system is explored in this paper, expecting to deal with the problems of standard and re-usability existing in the exploitation and application process of rewinding machine control program.In allusion to the problems mentioned above, object-oriented relative theories are adopted in this paper, which combines with the technological requirements of rewinding machine transmission control, in order to analyze and model the design process of the program for rewinding machine control system.S7-300PLC(Programmable Logic Controller, PLC) and specific projects are combined with the design and application of the program for rewinding machine control system. The main work of this paper can be summarized as the following aspects:(1) the theoretical analysis of system programmingFirst of all, started with the transmission control technology of rewinding machine control system, operating technology and controlling requirements of rewinding machine is analyzed to acquire the design foundation of rewinding machine control system, including the design of PLC and Speeder system. And then the basic theory of object-oriented program is introduced, and on this basis the modeling process of object-oriented method is discussed to provide a theoretical support for the next modeling. In the last, the UML(Unified Modeling Language, UML) is introduced, which includes the basic concepts and expressing methods of description.(2) the establishment of demanding model, basic model and auxiliary model of rewinding machine control system.Firstly, started with the object-oriented programming ideas and the specification of UML, the demand model for program design of rewinding machine control system is established in the foundation of analyzing the border, participants and entire usage of control system, Secondly, on the basis of basic model, The control system for basic model is acquired by confirming the definition and relationship of control system. Lastly, taking detailed description of internal relationships among control systems into account, the auxiliary model of control system is set up.(3) the design of program and application testingTaking S7-300 PLC as the carrier, the procedural framework based on S7-300PLC is designed according to the demand model, basic model and the auxiliary model for rewinding machine control system program established with object-oriented programming methods and ULM. By adding detailed description for the program, the readability is promoted, the accuracy of the program is verified combined with the project commissioning.To adopt object-oriented programming methods to the establishment of program makes the design of rewinding machine control system program standard,informal and easy to understand, which reduces the cycle of programming design and contributes to the secondary usability of the program and the upgrade and retrofit of rewinding machine control system. By analyzing the testing methods of rewinding machine control system program, it shows that not only the efficiency of debugging for operating personnel is improved, but also it can improve the production efficiency and reduce the production costs.
