This paper explores the application of big data in new product demand development and management.With the development of social diversification,the market has changed from "seller's market" to "buyer's market",and the new product development projects of enterprises have become a source of power for enterprises to continuously improve their competitiveness.Among the factors that affect the success of new product development project,demand development is the first to become the important reason that determines the success or failure of the project.At the same time,with the popularization of big data technology,the characteristics and application cases of big data technology provide reference ideas for the development and management of new product demand.This paper is to explore the ideas and methods of new product demand development and management based on big data.Based on the case study of some fashion toy enterprise P company,based on the company's characteristics and the trend of toys product development processes,through interview method to explore the problem in the development of new products demand,customer orientation of enterprise in product demand and development as the guide,studying the needs of big data technology in the company's new product development management.At the same time,based on the design of big data demand development method,the organization structure and new product development process were optimized to guarantee the smooth implementation of the method.Firstly,based on the background of the development of big data and the current situation of the demand development of new products,this paper analyzes the new product development theory,demand development theory and big data theory through literature search,and extracts the theoretical basis that fits them,so as to provide theoretical support for the management scheme design in the following paper.Secondly,the product development profile and business model of P company were analyzed to clarify the target orientation of the product strategic transformation of the company.Problems in the development and management of new product demand were found through the interview method,and the feasibility of the application of big data technology in the development and management of new product demand was verified through the questionnaire.And then put forward the P company on new product development demand management method based on large data:on the theory development of new products demand,with the demand of $APPEALS model and big data technology applications,to optimize the P company on new product development demand as the goal orientation,set up big data analysis platform,through large data analysis platform to realize the needs of the development and management based on data warehouse modeling and the needs of the development and management based on user behavior data.Finally,the paper proposes the safeguard measures of P company's new product demand development and management based on big data.The integration of big data involves the adjustment of some business departments.Meanwhile,the optimization of new product demand development and management cannot be achieved without the support of organizational structure and the support of new product development process.On the one hand,this paper implements the product manager responsibility system to support the organizational structure.On the other hand,by optimizing the new product development process,the product planning stage,project start-up stage,design confirmation stage and iterative development stage were optimized and adjusted,laying a foundation for the realization of big data to support the development and management of new product requirements.To sum up,in this paper,based on P to meet the needs of new product development management dilemma,on the basis of the target group generalization trend of toy products,demand changes quickly,the characteristics of demand for P company new product development and management was improved,based on new technology of data management system for the development of product demand,optimizing the system of new product development process.
