"Made in China 2025" has made a major strategic for China's manufacturing quality and level in the next 30 years,and one of the most important equipments in manufacturing is CNC machine tools.Compared with purchasing a new machine tool,CNC remanufacturing is a more cost-effective way.At present,many companies are unable to purchase CNC machine tools,but many ordinary machine tools are discarded.Therefore,the market for remanufacturing has broad prospects.At the same time,numerical control remanufacturing is a kind of circular economy,which belongs to green manufacturing and is also of great significance for protecting the environment and reducing pollution.The research object of this thesis is DVT350×20/32 double-column vertical lathe.The purpose is to restore the accuracy of the machine tool body and main functional components,replace the aging and faulty components,upgrade the ordinary control to the CNC system control,and complete the CNC remanufacturing of the left tool holder of the vertical lathe,so that the machine tool has CNC machining capability.Firstly,the technical indicators of the feasibility of numerical control remanufacturing are analyzed and quantified,and various remanufacturing schemes are proposed.According to the AHP,comprehensive evaluation is carried out,and the optimal solution is selected.After evaluation,it was determined that Siemens SINUMERIK 828 D system was selected,and the selection of main components such as servo drive and servo motor was completed,and the overall solution of CNC remanufacturing was designed.Secondly,the original OMRON PLC is replaced by the built-in PLC of the CNC system,and the ladder program is rewritten according to the machine function.According to the PID control theory,the related parameters are set and debugged,the servo system is optimized,and the control requirements are finally achieved.Finally,using a Laser Interferometer to perform precision detection on the machine tool,the the screw pitch error compensation is completed.After practical application,the DVT350×20/32 vertical lathe after CNC remanufacturing fully meets the design requirements,the work performance and efficiency is obviously improved.Significant economic benefits and reduced training costs.
