As the high-end and precision machining equipment in manufacturing enterprises,CNC machine tools have high level of intelligence and automation.At the same time,with the improvement of the intellectualization and automation of CNC machine tools,the machine tool system is more and more huge,which leads to the decline of people's duty time in the actual production process.When a frequently used CNC machine failure occurs and the maintenance personnel can't arrive quickly,it will cause great economic losses,and at the same time,cause the production efficiency of enterprises to decrease.On the contrary,if we can build a network of CNC machine tools in the workshop,build servers,realize the remote monitoring of machine tools and intelligentize the workshop management,it will greatly enhance the production efficiency of enterprises,and then increase the competiti veness of enterprises.This thesis takes 10 SIEMENS SINUMERIK 828 D numerical control system in Qinghai Huading heavy machine numerical control workshop as the research object.In this thesis relevant researchs focusing on the data acquisition and software development are carried out as follows:1.CNC machine data acquisition method was researched.The structure of SINUMERIK 828 D CNC system including its hardware and software structure and various internal interface functions was discussed;Various machine monitoring data acquisition of existing CNC system and its application on the SINUMERIK 828 D CNC system was compared;Then the advantages and disadvantages of data acquisition was illustrated;In addition,the scheme of data acquisition based on OPC UA was selected,and the support of OPC UA technology SINUMERIK 828 D CNC system also was illustrated.2.Monitoring system overall scheme was researched.Analyzing the requirements for the design of the monitoring system,functions required by system were determined,which includes staff-management varying right,data view,curve drawing,alarm management and workshop efficiency management.Besides,remote monitoring scheme based on Web Service also was proposed.3.Workshop equipment efficiency management was researched: the OEE equipment efficiency management tool was adopted,the main factors of reducing the equipment efficiency were analyzed,and the plan for improving the efficiency of workshop equipment was worked out.4.CNC system data acquisition method based on OPC UA and the specific implementation was introduced;The design method for the storage of data collected and implementation,alarm module,remote client was discussed;The concrete realization of the OEE method in this system is explained in detail.5.The CNC machine monitoring software test was conducted.The test of monitoring system is mainly introduced: the test system is built Firstly,then the communication test and functional module test are carri ed out.Finally,the test results are analyzed,which shows that the monitoring system has good performance and meets the actual requirements of the test results.
