Blowout preventer belongs to the wellhead device in the oil drilling and production machinery.It plays a role of safety sealing.It can effectively control the wellhead pressure during the drilling work and prevent blowout accidents,thus ensuring the safe and effective construction operation.The blowout preventer has the characteristics of large volume and heavy weight.After installation,it can reach tens of tons,and the accuracy required during the installation process is very high.Due to the narrow working space under the oil drilling platform,large industrial equipment cannot be used To install,so the installation of BOP has been a very troublesome part of the installation of oil rigs.In the previous oil drilling operations,it can be completed by removing the turntable or even the turntable girder,with the help of hooks,winches,forklifts and other tools.In this process,the operation efficiency is low,and the labor intensity is large,so it is very unsafe.By analyzing the work characteristics and development trends in the construction of drilling rigs at home and abroad,it is proposed that a safe and fast transport trolley is an optional operation method for the new oil drilling rig and the retrofitting of the old drilling rig in the future.This paper proposes a new type of oil drilling blowout preventer assembly and disassembly device,which realizes semi-automatic operation by hydraulic drive,which not only simplifies the work process,frees manpower,but also greatly improves the efficiency of tool installation and the safety of the installation process.Combined with the installation requirements and structural size parameters of the oil drilling BOP unit,the following studies were mainly carried out:(1)The main functions of the blowout preventer assembly and disassembly device are analyzed,including the operation steps of turning,lifting,vertical and horizontal movement,and rotation centering.The lifting method of the blowout preventer unit completes the overall scheme analysis and structural design of the entire device.(2)According to the operation requirements of the BOP disassembly and assembly device and the needs of the field operation,the parameters of the main hydraulic components such as hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic pumps were calculated,and the hydraulic system of the BOP disassembly and assembly device was designed.of.(3)Through the finite element analysis software,the displacement and stress distribution of the key components of the device were simulated and analyzed.At the same time,a modal analysis was carried out on the vibration of the lifting frame to avoid the resonance frequency of the lifting frame,which provided an important reference for the improvement of the lifting device.(4)At the end of this article,the experiment was used to test the working state of the BOP disassembly and transportation device,thus verifying the feasibility and effectiveness of the device.According to the above research results of the paper,the paper finally summarizes the design results of the BOP and obtains the optimal design plan,which provides a support basis for the design of the BOP disassembly and transportation device.
