As a livelihood industry,fashion industry and high-tech industry,textile industry has a long span,and the technology,equipment and technology used in the industrial chain are complex.In recent years,China's textile manufacturing technology has been continuously upgraded,and the scale of enterprises has gradually expanded,which has become the world's largest producer and service provider of international trade.However,in the dyeing and finishing process,which is easy to increase the added value of textiles,it still consumes huge water resources,and a large number of printing and dyeing wastewater has affected the sustainable development of the industry.With the increasingly strict control of sewage discharge by the state,under the restrictions of various emission standards,the pressure of enterprise transformation is great,and the production cost is also rising.More and more printing and dyeing business owners are eager for dyeing technology without water or even less.Experts and scholars in the textile industry have also begun to develop new dyeing technology,and the anhydrous dyeing technology represented by non-aqueous medium in the market has begun to emerge.Based on the analysis of patent value,this paper tries to find the most valuable patent in the market,and judges the potential of technology evolution with TRIZ theory.The decision-making model of dyeing polyester in non-aqueous medium was designed,and the innovative target of dyeing polyester in subcritical fluid was put forward.A subcritical fluid dyeing device is designed,which includes dyeing system and recovery system of dyeing medium.It is mainly used in the subcritical fluid dyeing of polyester.After testing,when the subcritical fluid reaches 140 ?,the pressure inside the dyeing kettle is only 5.9mpa.Compared with supercritical dyeing equipment,the dyeing pressure of subcritical fluid equipment is lower,which can greatly reduce the manufacturing cost of the equipment,improve the safety performance in the production process,and is more suitable for industrial application.Polyester fabric was dyed without water by subcritical fluid x medium.Medium x can not only dissolve pure disperse dyes well,but also dye polyester without additives.After dyeing,subcritical fluid x medium can be gasified by simply reducing the pressure,realizing medium recovery and recycling.The relative standard deviation of the surface color depth of dyed polyester is 0.031,and the dyeing is even.The color fastness to rubbing and soaping reached level 4,and the color fastness to high temperature reached level 4-5.To meet the market demand for color fastness of polyester fabrics.The drape,rigidity,toughness and softness of the dyed polyester fabric were decreased by fabric style tester,and the crease recovery rate and smoothness were improved.Compared with the traditional dyeing method,subcritical fluid dyeing without water has the advantages of water saving,environmental protection,energy saving and no need of auxiliaries.Its pretreatment,dyeing and cleaning can be completed in one step,and the dyeing time is short,and the production cycle can be shortened.Compared with supercritical carbon dioxide dyeing technology,it has the advantages of low pressure,low equipment manufacturing cost and low industrial production cost.
