Research On Schedule Management Of Phase I Coke Oven Flue Gas Purification Project In Baosteel

Project planning and schedule management refers to making schedule plan for work content,working procedures,duration and convergence in each stage,and put the plan into practice.In the implementation process,check frequently whether the actual progress according to plan requirements.Analysis of the reasons for the deviation,take remedial measures,or adjust,modify the original plan until the project completed,delivered to use.The ultimate goal of schedule control is to ensure the overall progress of the project objectives achieved,that is,ensure the duration of the project.Project schedule management includes six processes to ensure the projects can be complete on time:activity,activity sequencing,activity resource estimation,activity duration estimation,making schedule plan,schedule control.The first four are in preparation for making schedule plan,the purpose is to ensure the schedule plan scientifically and accurately.Generally speaking,the project schedule management include making schedule plan and schedule control.In this paper,against the big project investment,tight schedule,difficulty of construction and other issues of phase I coke oven flue gas purification project in Baosteel.Using the fundamental theory of modern project management,and combine the method from case study to do the research.The results mainly include the following aspects:(1)Planning decomposition and control for phase I coke oven flue gas purification project,based on the consideration of the connection of each construction processes,making the construction plan and schedule,identify the critical path of the project.(2)Control the time of critical path,integration of resources,control the duration of the project within the plan.(3)In the progress of schedule checking,according to the actual data collected,adjust and control the adjustment principles,corrective methods and steps.
