As the domestic economy enters the "14th Five-Year Plan" development plan,the traditional industrial economic development is no longer suitable for China's economic development model.The extensive management model of the industrial economy must be changed to improve and upgrade my country's industrial construction level in the post-industrial era.Refined management in the domestic energy sector is the only way to improve my country's industrial development environment,and it is also the basic requirement of the country's supply-side reform for energy and industrial development.In the coal chemical industry,increasingly stringent emission standards have caused industrial enterprises to face the pressure of transformation and upgrading.A company 8# coke oven flue gas purification project is an important project for the company to carry out environmental protection reforms to respond to emission standards.However,the construction process is subject to resource shortages,needs to run-in with the joint unit,the site is small and not conducive to construction,and the civil construction stage is in the rainy season.The impact of this has caused serious delays in the construction period.In this study,the 8# coke oven flue gas purification project of A company is a case study.By investigating the current status of the project's schedule management,the key problems in schedule management are identified,and the 8# coke oven of A company is solved through the optimization method of schedule management.The progress management of the flue gas purification project.This research first introduces the development status of the coal chemical industry and the country's environmental protection policy,provides a research background for the problem,combs the relevant domestic and foreign literature,summarizes the deficiencies of the existing literature,and provides a solid literature foundation for this research.On the basis of elaborating the background,this research summarizes the project management,project schedule management,and project schedule management techniques to provide theoretical support for the development of the research.At the same time,this research mainly introduces the 8# coke oven flue gas purification project of A company.Through the data collection project,the management personnel are not very professional,the process of project schedule management and change management is not comprehensive,and the project construction environment is not high in the implementation process.Uncertainty exacerbates problems such as lagging schedules and inadequate schedule management of relevant units.The reasons for the lack of schedule management professionals,the rigid management of project management change procedures,the lack of on-site construction response capabilities,and the loose review and management of participating units are analyzed.Based on the analysis of the problem and the cause,this research has made improvements from four aspects: critical path construction period optimization,management personnel optimization,schedule management process optimization,and schedule management optimization of participating units.At the same time,it has strengthened the company's emphasis on projects and established perfect The project incentive system,implementation of construction technology introduction and update,provision of sufficient project financial support,and strengthening of project materials and equipment supply stability,etc.put forward safeguard measures.This research discovers its main problems through actual case investigation and analysis,and studies how to solve project schedule management problems through project schedule management techniques and tools to achieve high-quality completion of the project on schedule,which is useful for improving the current progress of company A's coke oven renovation project The status quo has positive significance.At the same time,it can provide transformation experience for other enterprises in the coal chemical industry.
