Natural dyes have good compatibility with the environment and are harmless to the human body,so natural dyes have received extensive attention and research.In order to better use natural dyes for dyeing and printing of textiles,enrich the color of dyed printed fabrics,and improve color fastness,this subject took madder as the research object,characterized and analyzed the pigment composition and stability,and designed different dyeing and printing process,analyze the factors that affect the color and dyeing fastness of silk fabrics dyed and printed under different dyeing process conditions,and optimize the process conditions.The following main conclusions are drawn:Infrared spectroscopy and liquid chromatography test results show that the basic structure of madder can be characterized by absorption peaks such as phenolic hydroxyl group,carbonyl group,and benzene ring skeleton vibration;by fixing liquid chromatography conditions,the main components of the madder pigment can be judged by comparison with the standard.The chemical stability experiments show that the madder has better stability under acidic conditions,and the color changes greatly under alkaline conditions;i under acidic conditions,changing the temperature has good heat resistance stability.Aluminum,ferrous iron,calcium,copper and other ions can form a complex with the rubia pigment to form a precipitate.This subject designed different mordanting processes before madder dyeing:pre mordant,same mordant dyeing,post mordant dyeing.The results show that by changing the dyeing process,the effects of mordant type and amount of mordant,and the pH value of dye liquor and the pH buffer system can obtain dyed fabrics of different colors.Among them,the dyeing process of the mordant dyeing and the mordant dyeing process changes greatly.The aluminum sulfate and aluminum potassium sulfate mordant fabrics are orange-red,copper sulfate is dark wine red,ferrous sulfate is dark dark purple,potassium sulfate and calcium dihydrogen phosphate is light brown.The mordant dyeing process can improve the color fastness of dyed fabrics to a certain extent.In the same mordant dyeing process,the optimal dyeing temperature of aluminum sulfate and ferrous sulfate as mordant is 95℃.Designed different technologies for the printing of silk fabrics with madder:mordant dyeing before printing,mordant after printing,dyeing before printing mordant.The experimental results show that the aluminum salt mordant dye causes the maximum absorption wavelength of the printed fabric to be red-shifted when using the media-first-print-and-print-first-media process.The type of aluminum salt has little effect on the shade of the printed fabric.The brightness of the printed fabric decreases,and the K/S value at the maximum absorption wavelength increases;mordant dyeing is beneficial to improve the color fastness of the printed fabric,and the overall fastness of printed fabric with the mordant after printing the mordant dyeing before printing is better than the printed fabric with the mordant dyeing before printing.The best steaming conditions for the mordant dyeing before printing process are:saturated steam,105℃,steaming for 45 min.Use the mordant dyeing before printing process to obtain different color patterns on fabrics printed with different mordants.Among them,copper ion color paste is printed with dark wine red,aluminum sulfate paste is printed with orange yellow;aluminum lactate is printed.The color paste obtains orange-red;the printed ferrous sulfate color paste obtains a dark yellow-brown color.When dyeing and printing silk fabrics with madder different dyeing or printing processes are used,mordants containing different metal ions are selected,and dyeing fabrics or printing patterns of different colors can be obtained by changing the dyeing printing process and the factors.Familiar with the change of process conditions and use it reasonably can enrich the color of dyed and printed fabrics with madder.The research results provide a theoretical basis for the industrial application of madder pigment.
