Risk Analysis Of Passenger Hub Station And Insurance Research

With the continuous development of China's economy,people's demand for travel increasing.In recent years,a large number of transportation infrastructures are built in our country,especially the passenger hub station that is used to transfer passengers.There are various transportation modes in the passenger hub station,which has the characteristics of complex building structure and huge passenger flow.And there are many hazard factors.Once an accident occurs,it will cause a large number of casualties and profound social impact.Public liability insurance plays an important role in the process of risk transfer.Therefore,the research on the risk of passenger hub station is of great significance.First,the research status at home and abroad is introduced in this paper.The definition,classification,function and characteristic of passenger hub station are summarized.The risk components and risk characteristics of passenger hub station are briefly introduced.And the development of public liability insurance is expounded.Second,the risk of passenger hub station is analyzed from four aspects: personnel,material,environment and management.Indexes are selected on this basis and risk evaluation system is established.For the risk index weight,the analytic hierarchy process based on triangular fuzzy number is used for calculation.Then the coupling degree model is used for obtaining the coupling value between risk factors.The risk level is determined.In the calculation process,the reverse cloud generator is used to ensure reasonable results in MATLAB software.Through the results of risk evaluation,the public liability insurance is researched and a reasonable insurance scheme is given.Finally,an example is selected for application.According to the actual situation of passenger hub station,the premium and the limitation of liability are determined.
