Study On The Ecological Compensation Mechanism Of Farmers In Maoli Lake Wetland Based On Their Willingness To Be Compensated

The purpose of ecological compensation is to protect the ecological environment and promote the coordination between human and nature.Based on the development opportunity cost,ecosystem service value and ecological protection cost,it is a kind of institutional arrangement that integrates administrative and market means to regulate the interest relationship between ecological environment protection and related parties.Based on the principle of ecological compensation,combined with the relevant theories of ecological compensation-externality theory,ecological value theory and sustainable development theory,this study introduces and summarizes the existing ecological compensation models,discusses the corresponding compensation models according to the current situation of Maoli Lake wetland,comprehensively compares the willingness of domestic and foreign farmers to ecological compensation,and combines the Maoli Lake Regional Ecological Compensation farmers This paper studies the influencing factors of willingness,studies various methods of calculating ecological compensation of farmers in Maoli Lake wetland,and discusses the operation mode suitable for the regional ecological compensation mechanism of Maoli lake.Based on the current situation of farmers’ production and life,this paper makes a survey on the farmers in maolihu basin,analyzes their willingness to be compensated and its influencing factors with Tobit model,and corrects the results with clad model.After consulting the relevant statistical data and calculating with opportunity cost method,the willingness to be compensated for the reduced application of chemical fertilizer in maolihu area is 8393 yuan/year per household,and the willingness to be compensated for the cultivated land fallow The degree is 10342 yuan/year per household.Based on this,it is found that the willingness of farmers to be compensated for their cultivated land fallow is related to the awareness of environmental protection,age,education level and income level.The higher the willingness,age,education level and income level are,the higher the willingness of farmers to be compensated for their cultivated land fallow is;the willingness,gender and income level of farmers to reduce the application of chemical fertilizer are The higher the income,the higher the farmers’ willingness to repay,and the higher the men’s willingness to repay.In the process of research,it is also found that there is no scientific guidance in the process of farmers’ production,and there is a very serious blindness,and the current ecological compensation mechanism in the Maoli lake basin is not complete,lack of strong policy support;it is urgent to establish a healthy and sound ecological compensation mechanism,this paper puts forward the implementation of differentiated ecological compensation scheme,strengthen the coordination of wetland environmental protection departments And public participation to improve the ecological compensation mechanism of Maoli Lake Basin.
