In the operating environment under the mine,the increase in the concentration of toxic and hazardous substances caused by the leakage of toxic gas in the rock,incomplete combustion of diesel engine and explosive blasting will seriously threaten the personal safety of workers.Guided by the relevant standards stipulated by the state,the deployment of mine environmental detection systems is the top priority of safety production.There are two main types of environmental detection equipment available: distributed testing nodes and portable gas detectors.Due to the late start of domestic environmental monitoring equipment,the above two types of monitoring instruments have poor generality,single function,and other shortcomings,which cannot meet the requirements of intelligent mine transformation and upgrading.Aiming at the status of domestic underground environmental monitoring instruments,this paper designs and develops a scheme for comprehensive mine environmental detector.The comprehensive mine environmental detector designed in this paper has a variety of functions such as multi environmental parameter collection,dual power supply,over-limit alarm,manual alarm,multiple network communication methods,on-site display of data and device status,on-site setting of equipment parameters,and local storage of data.The instrument can be used not only as a distributed gas detection node to monitor the underground environment for a long time,but also as a portable gas detection instrument to achieve a comprehensive detection in each tunnel.This paper researches and designs the hardware circuit and software program of each functional module.In terms of hardware,STM32F407ZGT6 MCU based on Cortex-M4 is used as the control core of the entire device;power circuit is designed for the whole instrument;the RS485 level conversion circuit and the DC-AC-DC isolation circuit are designed to collect the data of each sensor;the buzzer and LED are used to audible and visual alarms function;the device integrates Wi-Fi network and Ethernet modules and designs related circuits to achieve a variety of network communication functions;the HMI screen is used to display real-time acquisition data and instrument operation status;the parameter setting function and manual alarm function are realized by pressing the key;the SDIO circuit is used to drive the SD card and store the acquired environment parameters on the SD card.In terms of software,the instrument uses the Keil u Vision5 integrated development kit to program each functional module,includes the main,environmental parameter acquisition,screen drive,data upload,data storage,key,etc.In this paper,FAT file system is also transplanted in programming,which makes the data in SD card stored in the form of file.PC and mobile phone can read the file from the SD card directly,which greatly enhances the generality of the instrument.The software uses modular design ideas,which improves the efficiency of code execution and also convenient for later debugging.This paper also designs the exterior and interior layout of the instrument.At the same time,the electrical waterproof box is used as the shell to meet the requirements of portability,the interface and key of IP67 are used to deal with the bad working conditions under the mine.Finally,several tests were performed on the instrument,and the test data are evaluated and analyzed by the Grubbs criterion and Bayesian estimation to obtain the mine environmental grade.The test results show that the instrument meets the requirements in terms of functional validity,real-time data upload,data storage reliability,etc.
