Study On Logistics Optimization Of Petro China's Oil Products In Yunnan

Petroleum energy industry is a pillar industry in China's national economy.With the development of economy,China's demand for petroleum energy is also increasing.According to the data released by China Customs,the oil import volume reached 7 million 400 thousand barrels per day in 2018 and exceeded 7 million 200 thousand barrels per day in the United States,and jumped to become the largest importer of petroleum energy in the world in April.As is known to all,petroleum energy as a non renewable energy has attracted more and more attention from all over the world.China's oil production and development enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition from the domestic and international oil markets and the same industry.Based on the theory of supply chain and the theory of logistics distribution,this paper studies and understands a large number of domestic and foreign literatures,analyzes the factors affecting the distribution of finished oil logistics,including demand,transportation mode,inventory and information system,through literature research method and quantitative and qualitative analysis method,through the analysis of various mating modes of finished oil,and the comprehensive regional logistics of refined oil products.The current situation is discussed.This paper mainly considers the problems existing in the distribution and logistics of refined oil,and finally draws the following main results and conclusions: based on the objective of minimum logistics cost,it establishes the basic principles of optimization of refined oil logistics,and defines the optimization objectives.Specific optimization strategies include: 1.Strengthen regional demand forecasting for refined oil in advance,plan oil distribution in advance;2.Reasonably adjust the layout of oil depots to enhance the transit capacity of oil depots;3.Strengthen the logistics capacity of nodes,on the one hand,establish oil distribution centers;on the other hand,strengthen cooperation with third-party logistics companies,and comprehensively improve the logistics pressure of refined oil.4.Enhance the logistics capability of refined oil products by using information technology,and strengthen the introduction of talents in the field of logistics.
