In this dissertation,5-fluorosalicylaldehyde amantadine and rimantadine synthesized from the two new Schiff base ligands(HL1,HL2),then the ligand and metal salt reaction synthesis of six kinds of new complexes(1-6),and produce five kinds of complexes single crystal,and a variety of synthetic compounds characterization,they are also exploring the bacteriostatic activity.The details are as follows:1.Schiff base ligands HL1 and HL2 were synthesized respectively from 5-fluorosalicylaldehyde with amantadine and rimantadine.Then,in the presence of NaOH in methanol solution,the two ligands respectively reacted with copper chloride dihydrate,cobalt chloride dihydrate and zinc chloride anhydrous to obtain the following new six metal complexes:C32H38CuF2N2O2(1),C32H38CF2N2O2(2),C32H38ZnF2N2O2(3),C38H46F2N2O2Cu(4),C38H46F2N2O2Co(5),C38H46F2N2O2Zn(6).2.The compounds were characterized by means of melting point IR,UV-vis,1H-NMR,X-ray powder diffraction and other so on,and the structures of the 5 complex crystals obtained from the structure culture of the compounds were analyzed by means of X-ray single crystal diffraction,which was consistent with the above inferred structures.3.The biological activities of the eight compounds were studied by antibacterial activities.The results showed that these compounds showed bacteriostatic activity against the three selected strains,and the bacteriostatic ability of the complexes was stronger than that of the ligands.The concentration had a certain effect on the inhibition ability of the compounds,and inhibition effect of ligands and complexes on the strains decreased with the decrease of the concentration.The inhibition capacity of zinc complexes against the three strains was strongest in those complexes.
