| Promoting the construction of ecological civilization and enhancing the effectiveness of ecological civilization construction are the inherent requirements for sustainable development and the actual needs for achieving the people’s good life goals.Assessing the effectiveness of ecological civilization construction and measuring the influencing factors of the effectiveness of ecological civilization construction are of great significance in formulating countermeasures for ecological civilization construction,improving the county’s ecological environment,and promoting the overall development of the county.This article selects Taoyuan County,the first batch of provincial ecological counties with a good ecological environment in Hunan Province,as the research object,and based on the theory of sustainable development.Effectiveness evaluation index system.Using the full array polygon model and the coupling and coordination degree model to evaluate the effectiveness of ecological civilization construction and the degree of coupling and coordination of ecological civilization in Taoyuan County from 2014 to 2018.The grey correlation degree model was used to calculate the influencing factors of the effectiveness of ecological civilization construction in Taoyuan County,and specific countermeasures were proposed.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)During the study period,the score of the effectiveness ofecological civilization construction in Taoyuan County increased year by year.According to the calculation results of the full array polygon model,the effectiveness value of ecological civilization construction in Taoyuan County in 2014 was 0.25,and by 2018 it was 0.93,more than doubling,and the construction level also changed from "poor" to "good",which indicates that During the first period,great progress has been made in the construction of ecological civilization in Taoyuan County,and the construction of ecological civilization has achieved remarkable results.At the same time,the steady state of ecological civilization construction in Taoyuan County is from 2014 to 2015,and the rapid rise of ecological civilization construction in Taoyuan County is from 2016 to 2018,indicating that since 2016,a series of ecological civilization construction work in Taoyuan County has achieved outstanding results and the ecological environment.The situation is significantly better than before.(2)Through the evaluation of the effectiveness of ecological civilization construction of Taoyuan County’s five major systems,the results show that Taoyuan County’s ecological civilization construction work gives priority to improving the ecological environment.From 2014 to 2015,Taoyuan County gave priority to improving the ecological environment.On this basis,it carried out the ecological construction of material civilization and accelerated economic development.On the premise that the ecological environment is good and the economicfoundation is solid,Taoyuan County has increased investment in ecological environment construction since 2016,and continuously improved the ecologicalization level of political civilization and the ecologicalization level of spiritual civilization.(3)During the study period,the coupling coordination degree of Taoyuan County’s ecological civilization construction has increased year by year.According to the calculation results of the coupling coordination degree model,during the five-year period from 2014 to 2018,the score of the coupling coordination degree among the five major systems in Taoyuan County has been continuously improved.It shows that the intensity of mutual influence among the five major systems of Taoyuan County is increasing,and the coupling and coordination degree of ecological civilization construction is constantly improving.(4)The calculation of the influential factors of ecological civilization construction in Taoyuan County shows that the most influential factors that are most relevant to the effectiveness of ecological civilization construction in Taoyuan County are the comprehensive utilization of resources,the status of the ecosystem and the ecologicalization of production.Therefore,focusing on the strong correlation factor,this article explores the countermeasures of ecological civilization construction in Taoyuan County from the aspects of promoting comprehensive utilization of resources,strengthening ecological systemprotection,and advocating ecological production. |
