A Study On The Relationship Between Public Concern And The Construction Of Ecological Civilization Based On The Analysis Of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei With Baidu Big Data

In recent years,China's ecological and environmental problems have become increasingly serious,and the public is also increasingly concerned about the construction of ecological civilization.Based on the understanding of the ecological civilization.On the one hand,reviewed and clarified the basic idea of ecological civilization construction in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.And an evaluation system for ecological civilization construction in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei has been constructed from three aspects,including ecosystem conservation,environmental quality improvement and rational utilization of resources;on the other hand,using big data technology as a tool,the author selected data information with relevant keywords from the perspective of public concern to analyze its relationship and influence with the effectiveness of ecological civilization construction.Referential recommendations for ecological civilization construction in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei have been proposed from this perspective.In the analysis on the effectiveness of the ecological civilization construction in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,quantitative results are obtained as a group of variables of thematic relationship research through the construction of an index system as well as the collection and processing of authoritative data;in the analysis of public concern,nine groups of data from 2011 to 2017 as another group of research variables have been selected in this paper.Finally,the correlation analysis of the two groups of data is carried out.The results show that the overall ecological civilization construction in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has made good progress.The three places show varying degrees of differences in ecosystem conservation,environmental quality improvement and the utilization of resource.At the level of public concern,big data information shows that the development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has brought more public attention to environmental construction,but such focus is not sustainable.Therefore,it is necessary to promote the construction of ecological civilization by raising citizen's ecological civilization consciousness and participation as well as strengthening ecological civilization education and public opinion propaganda from the perspective of ecological consciousness and environmental protection concept.
