Evaluation Of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Ecological Civilization Construction Based On Footprint Family

The development of China’s economy,the advancement of science and technology,the improvement of laws and regulations,and the improvement of the awareness of social environmental protection make the construction of ecological civilization feasible.It is an important aspect of ecological civilization construction to clarify the regional differences in environmental issues.As one of the most developed regions in the north of China,BeijingTianjin-Hebei is under the policy of coordinated development of the three regions.The main ecological and environmental problems faced by various provinces and cities deserve attention and research.The main research purpose of this paper is to consider the main ecological and environmental problems facing the current region on the basis of analyzing the connotation of ecological civilization.Starting from the selection of indicators,using the footstep family method with comprehensive indicators,dynamic analysis of the balance between supply and demand of natural capital,water resources and carbon emissions in various provinces and cities.And through the comprehensive evaluation method to integrate the evaluation indexes,so as to analyze the state of regional ecological civilization construction.The research results of this paper show that from the aspect of natural capital,Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei face common ecological overload problems,and the per capita ecological footprint of the region is higher than the per capita ecological carrying capacity.The ecological deficits of Beijing and Tianjin are decreasing overall,while Hebei Overall upward trend.From the perspective of water resources utilization,the virtual water footprint of the three regions is dominated by virtual water footprints.Among them,Hebei has the highest water footprint per capita,which is equivalent to twice the total number of Beijing and Tianjin.Through the evaluation of water resources utilization level,it can be concluded that with the continuous improvement of GDP in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,the economic benefits of water footprints in the three places are also on the rise.The highest in Beijing,followed by Tianjin,then Hebei;From the perspective of carbon emission pressure,energy consumption and carbon emissions in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei all showed an increasing trend,and the per capita carbon footprint of Beijing and Tianjin showed a downward trend as a whole,and Hebei showed an upward trend.The per capita ecological carrying capacity of the three places has not changed much,and the carbon deficit values are all positive;From the level of ecological civilization construction,the overall level of ecological civilization of BeijingTianjin-Hebei is on the rise.However,each region presents different levels of construction.The region with the highest level of ecological civilization construction in the three places is Tianjin.The level of ecological civilization construction in Hebei is slightly lower than that in Tianjin,and the level of Beijing’s ecological civilization construction with the highest level of economic development is the most not good.It shows that the construction of regional ecological civilization is a systematic project.The high level of regional economic development cannot explain the high level of ecological civilization construction.The ecological,water,and carbon factors of the region are the main factors that restrict the development of ecological civilization in the region.
