| Yinchuan is known as the lake city of The northwest region,but the per capita water resource is not rich,and it is one of the cities with severe water shortage in China.Urban and industrial water mainly comes from underground water.With the rapid development of economy,the scale of urban construction is expanding,and the contradiction of urban water resources is increasingly prominent.The utilization of reclaimed water can not only improve the ecological environment,but also be an effective way to solve the water shortage.Although four reclaimed water plants have been built in Yinchuan city,the lack of systematic planning for the utilization of reclaimed water directly affects the construction of reclaimed water utilization project.In order to accelerate the scientific,rational and orderly utilization of reclaimed water in central Yinchuan city,and according to the implementation plan of reclaimed water utilization in Yinchuan city,this paper puts forward the instructive utilization plan of reclaimed water in central Yinchuan city.Through the investigation and analysis of the current situation of water supply,drainage and utilization of reclaimed water in central of Yinchuan city,combined with the overall urban planning,this paper analyzes and studies the water quantity and quality of reclaimed water users in Yinchuan city,constructs the overall plan of utilization of reclaimed water of urban sewage,and carries out the project construction planning for the first reclaimed water plant.Main research contents include:(1)Through the investigation and analysis of recycled water users,the utilization of reclaimed water in Yinchuan city should focus on three aspects:Municipal miscellaneous water(urban green water,flushing,road cleaning,vehicle washing),industrial water and landscape water.(2)According to the quota method and customer engineering experience,water demand is predicted to be 342,200 m~3/d by 2030.According to the recycling direction,two kinds of water quality standards are formulated.(3)The overall plan for the utilization of reclaimed water in central of Yinchuan will be constructed.By 2030,the scale of water supply from the reclaimed water plant of Yinchuan will reach 370,000 m~3/d,and the utilization rate of reclaimed water will reach 41%.The central city of Yinchuan plans to build 6 reclaimed water plants,renovate and expand 2 reclaimed water treatment plants,bringing the total number of reclaimed water plants to 8.A total of 516km of reclaimed water pipeline has been built,and the length of reclaimed water pipeline has reached 589.7km.The coverage rate of reclaimed water pipe network in Yinchuan will reach to 80%.(4)Project construction planning is made for the first reclaimed water plant.The water supply scale of the first reclaimed water plant is 100,000 m~3/d,and the effluent water quality is"Beijing B standard".The sewage treatment process was"AAO+efficient sedimentation tank+sand filter+ozone+sodium chlorite disinfection".Moreover,the reclaimed water pipe network in xingqing district was planned and arranged,and the price of reclaimed water used by hanasi thermal power plant was calculated.The cost price of recycled water was 0.59 yuan/m~3.The planning and research on the utilization of reclaimed water in the central area of Yinchuan city can not only effectively and rationally utilize the reclaimed water resources,promote the implementation of the project of reclaimed water utilization,but also alleviate the problem of water shortage,which is of great significance for promoting the construction of ecological civilization and green and sustainable development of the city. |
