Chemiluminescence?CL?is a luminescence phenomenon:the reactant absorbs energy from chemical reaction without extra light or energy,and translates to excited state based on absorbing chemical energy from chemical reaction.Then,it releases energy in the form of optical radiation in the process of backing to ground state.Chemiluminescence analytical method is one of the molecular luminescence spectrum analysis,which frequently applies to trace detection for various metal ions,inorganic compounds and organic compounds.There are kinds of superiority such as highly sensitive,widely linear range,ordinary facility,cheap cost and so on.With the progress of CL analysis,scholars have introduced new materials,combined with fresh technique for extensive application.H2O2 acts as a common oxidizing agent for CL system because H2O2 has many advantages such as green and eco-friendly.In recently,different types of materials have been introduced in CL system involved H2O2.Polymer Nanoparticles?PNPs?because of low toxicity,various synthesis methods,excellent biocompatibility are fashionable in fluorescent and bioanalysis.However,PNPs are unusual for CL system.So our experiments brought PNPs into peroxyoxalate and hydrogen peroxide CL system and explored possible mechanism.PNPs successfully applied to detecte of practical samples for establishing novel CL analytic methods,and expected to be broaden value research as well as original ideas.This paper including two parts:The first part is literature review,which briefly summarize peroxalate chemiluminescence mechanism and application,as well as the study of PNPs in CL system based on H2O2.The second part is the research reports.In this paper,the ultra-weak chemiluminescence of Rh6G and the peroxalate chemiluminescence method based on PNPs are constructed.The mechanism and practical application were discussed.Detailed contents are given in the following three parts:1 Sodium nitrite and hydrogen peroxide ultra-weak chemiluminescence based on Rhodamine 6G for determination of nitrite in environmental water samplesNitrite as a toxic substance commonly threatens health.Human inhaled excessive nitrite would be poisoning even cause cancer.Sodium nitrite and hydrogen peroxide constitute a classic ultra-weak CL system in acidic condition.With the introduction of Rh6G,CL intensity of this system was increased.Comparised with CL spectrum and UV-vis absorption spectrum,Rh6G was identified as the luminophor.At the same time,the peroxynitrite transfered energy to Rh6G enhancing CL.Under the optimal conditions,the CL intensity exerts satisfactory linear relation with the concentration range of 5 to 100?mol·L-1.Standard deviation is less than 3%in 11 times detection repeatedly,and the limit of detection?LOD?is 2.3?mol·L-1.The method applys to nitrite detection in water samples successfully.2 Research of bis?2,4,6-Trichlorophyenyl?oxalate and hydrogen peroxide system enhanced by polymer nanoparticesHistidine,as carbon source,has been successfully employed to synthesize green,low toxicity polymers nanoparticles?His-PNPs?in previous literature.It is reported that PNPs were uniform and highly fluorescent,but they are rarely applied in CL systems.Herein,the CL intensity of bis?2,4,6-Trichlorophyenyl?oxalate and hydrogen peroxide system has been significantly improved by His-PNPs.The possible mechanism was proposed by discussing CL kinetics,UV-Vis and fluorescence spectra.The enhanced CL signal derived from energy transfer between PNPs and intermediate?1,2-dioxadienedione?generated by TCPO-H2O2 reaction,which broadening its analytical application.3 Detection of cooper ion in water based on polymer nanoparticles enhanced Bis?2,4,5-trichloro-6-i-pentoxycarbonylphenyl?oxalate with hydrogen peroxide chemiluminescence systemRecently,the presence of heavy metals,especially cooper ion,in waste water and soil are harmful to the ecological environment and human health.According to the literatures with some modify,PNPs was synthesised by cross-linking hyperbranched polyethyleneimine?hPEI?with formaldehyde to enhance the intensity of Bis?2,4,5-trichloro-6-i-pentoxycarbonylphenyl?oxalate and hydrogen peroxide chemiluminescence system,while cooper ion inhibited the CL of this system.The range of linearity is 10?mol·L-1-0.18 mmol·L-11 under the optimal conditions for detection of cooper ion,and LOD of 2.5?mol·L-1 was obtained.The recovery rate is range of 98.4%to 106.2%,which proved this method is appropriate for the detection of cooper ion in real samples.
