Polyester fabric is an indispensable raw material for the paper industry.Heat setting is an important process for producing polyester fabric.Hot air stenter setting machine is a device for heat setting polyester fabric by providing the temperature and tension required by the process.The purpose is to improve the flatness and tensile strength of the surface of the polyester fabric.At present,heat setting machines with high control accuracy and high stability are monopolized by foreign countries.The introduction cost is high,the spare parts occupy large funds,and it is not easy to maintain later.The control system of the setting machine developed in China is relatively low in accuracy,poor in stability,single in function,low in automation,and cannot guarantee the setting quality of the polyester fiber web,which greatly limits the development of China's paper industry.In view of the above-mentioned industry bottlenecks,this paper has developed a stable operation,high control accuracy,and rich function of the setting machine control system,which meets the production requirements of the polyester fabric heat setting process,breaks the foreign monopoly,reduces production costs,and improves The theoretical level of domestic heat setting machine control system.According to the technological process and technological requirements of hot air stenter setting machine,this paper designs the electric control system of hot air stenter setting machine based on OMRON programmable logic controller(PLC)and field bus.The control system is composed of PLC,frequency converter,servo drive,solenoid valve,hydraulic pump,tension sensor,temperature sensor,angle sensor,position encoder,limit switch,etc.;the system uses 24 motors to achieve the main transmission and stretching of the system,Tentering,swinging,overfeeding,upper box movement and secondary setting functions,using 6 electric heating tubes to achieve heating function;using Omron's CJ2M-CPU14 PLC as the controller,and Omron's PROFIBUS master module CJ1 W PRM-21 is the master station,and three PROFIBUS slave module CJ1W-COM are mounted on the PROFIBUS-DP network.Each slave module is equipped with several distributed I/O.The PROFIBUS-DP field bus can realize control commands and on-site.Real-time,fast and accurate data transmission;Ethernet module CJ1W-ETN21 realizes data exchange and transmission between CPU and upper computer,ensuring the speed and reliability of communication between upper computer and lower computer.After the design of the control system is completed,simulation testing and on-site installation and debugging are carried out.First,the control system is simulated and tested by Matlab and CX-Simulator simulation software to analyze the stability and feasibility of the control system.Then according to the designed electrical schematic diagram and the installation,wiring and power-on test of the control system.Finally,the stepping machine is debugged and tested online.After testing,the control system of the setting machine designed in this paper can heat set a variety of different sizes of fabrics,which is easy to operate and greatly improves the automation level of the heat setting machine.
