High-voltage pulsed rock breaking technology is a new type of rock breaking technology with extremely high development prospects.Compared with traditional rock breaking technology,it has the characteristics of energy saving and high efficiency.This paper starts with the electrical breakdown of the rock and analyzes the effects of the rock composition and connection method on the electric field strength inside the rock under high-voltage electrical pulses.By analyzing the energy utilization during the electric breakdown of the rock,the process of high-voltage electric pulse energy causing the rock to break was discussed,and the feasibility of electric pulse breaking rock was determined.Then,the influence of various parameters on rock fracture during the electric breakdown was further analyzed.Finally,the theoretical calculation of high-voltage electric pulse rock breaking and related simulation research results are verified by experimental research of high-voltage electric pulse under different voltages.First,the reason why the internal composition of the rock affects the electrical breakdown of the rock is analyzed.A single bubble mathematical model with no boundary field strength was established to analyze the change of the electric field strength inside the rock under the influence of the bubble.Through COMSOL Multiphysics?,a single particle model in the rock is established,and the influence law of the particle volume,particle position,and particle relative dielectric constant on the internal field strength of the rock is obtained,Determine the effect of the rock's structural composition on the electrical breakdown of the rock.Secondly,the mechanism of rock fragmentation during electrical breakdown was explored.By establishing an equivalent electrical circuit model of rock electrical breakdown,the changes in electrical parameters and energy of plasma channels in the rock during the process of rock breakdown by electrical breakdown are calculated.To study the energy distribution of the electrical breakdown process,drawing the explosion theory,to establish a mathematical model of the rock breakdown process by electrical breakdown,and to explore the rock crushing mechanism during the electrical breakdown process.Then,discuss the influence of various factors on the high-voltage electric pulse rock breaking process.The high-voltage electric pulse rock breaking model was established through COMSOL Multiphysics? to explore the influence of high-voltage electric pulse electrode voltage,electrode spacing,rock characteristics and liquid dielectric constant on high-voltage electric pulse rock breaking.Finally,the performance of the deep well rock materials was tested,the experimental method was designed,and the high-voltage electric pulse rock breaking experiments under different voltages were conducted to determine the electrical breakdown probability of the two deep well rocks,fuchsia mudstone and gravelstone under different voltages,and the results of theoretical calculations and simulation studies were verified.Through the analysis of the experimental results,the shortcomings of the existing equipment are summarized,and a Marx generator whose voltage rising edge meets the requirements is built.
