Research On The Development Strategy Of Beijing Oil&Gas Pipeline Control Center

Beijing Oil&Gas Pipeline Control Center is the rapid development of Petro China's pipeline management system and the adaptation pipeline business.It was formally established on May 8,2006.It is administratively a direct unit of China National Petroleum Corporation,and its business is limited by Petro China.The main function is to implement centralized dispatching and commanding,remote monitoring and operation,maintenance operation coordination and pipeline network operation optimization for the long-distance oil and gas pipelines of Petro China.The country has vigorously developed the oil and gas pipeline network construction,which has made the oil and gas regulation industry develop rapidly.However,the Beijing Oil&Gas Control Center has faced operational difficulties and backward development under the oil and gas reform.How to change the company's current situation has become the most urgent problem for the Beijing Oil&Gas Control Center.This paper takes the Beijing Oil&Gas Control Center as the specific research object,and analyzes the company's future strategy by applying the theory of enterprise strategy.Firstly,it introduces the business,organization and management structure and control network of Beijing Oil&Gas Control Center,and puts forward the problems existing in Beijing Oil and Gas Control Center.Then through the use of macro-environment analysis,Porter's five-force competition theory to analyze the company's industrial environment,and use SWOT tools to analyze the existing strategy of the Beijing Oil and Gas Control Center,compare the advantages and disadvantages of the company with opportunities and threats,Four development strategies have emerged.Then,based on the current situation of the Beijing Oil and Gas Control Center and the situation facing the future oil and gas reform,the future development strategy of the control center—the intelligent regulation development strategy is proposed.Finally,this paper proposes specific safeguards from four aspects: optimizing the company's management system,securing funds,improving corporate culture,and focusing on safety.
