China's economy has been leaps and bounds in the past three decades,but with the development of economy,China's environmental problems have become more and more concerned by the government and society.The most important concern is the issue of carbon dioxide emissions,such as carbon dioxide The greenhouse effect caused by emissions,the melting of glaciers,global warming,sea level rise,increased pests and diseases,land desertification and other issues.The development of the economy should not be at the expense of the concept of risk in-depth.The development of electronic commerce since the domestic logistics enterprises also showed explosive growth,logistics enterprises to tell the growth is also a large extent to increase the energy consumption of transport links,which caused the environment can not be ignored.Logistics industry,as a high-carbon industry should also think about their own "energy-saving emission reduction," under the national policy of the development of the road,the domestic enterprise development should also take the road of energy-saving emission reduction trend has been set,but the logistics enterprises how The development of emission reduction has become a question worth pondering.This paper focuses on the selection and distribution of logistics and distribution center of general commodity,and establishes the carbon target and the cost planning model to analyze how the logistics enterprises should choose to build their own distribution center when taking into account the carbon emissions of enterprises.The calculation part establishes the carbon emission measurement model of the transportation link and the carbon emission measurement model of the storage link,the fixed cost,the stock holding cost and the transportation cost considering the traditional logistics cost.And to Ruzhou City,Henan Province,tobacco companies as an example to verify the model,through research and research to obtain the company's transport links related data,including customer demand and no-load non-dead transport distance.Warehousing links related data,including lighting,constant temperature and so on.The establishment of the enterprise to carbon emissions and logistics costs as the objective function of the minimum location model,through the final calculation,the enterprise in considering the minimum carbon emissions and logistics costs under the two objectives of the two sites.Not only for the enterprise to provide a location solution,but also to the logistics enterprises in the future clean and environmentally friendly development has opened up new ideas.
