Study On The Coordination And Coordination Of Socio-economic Benefits And Ecoenvironmental Benefits Of Land Use

In order to fully grasp the overall regional distribution characteristics and dynamic evolution of land use benefits in Zhejiang Province,and to promote the coordination of socio-economic development and eco-environment construction,this article uses a multi-factor weighted model to calculate the index of socio-economic benefits and eco-environment benefits of land use in 11 prefecture-level cities in Zhejiang Province from 2006 to 2017,adopts the analysis method of the coordinated development degree and the coupling degree,and studies the coupling and coordinated development relationship between socio-economic benefits and ecological and environmental benefits of land use from the perspectives of space and time,the result is as follows:(1)In the 12 years from 2006 to 2017,the comprehensive level of socio-economic benefits and eco-environmental benefits of land use of 11prefecture-level cities in Zhejiang Province did not ideally achieve the same value,but all were in a lagging or leading state.The eco-environmental benefits of Hangzhou,Ningbo,and Jiaxing were ahead of from 2006 to 2010,and the eco-environmental benefits were lagging after 2010;Wenzhou,Jinhua,Taizhou,Lishui have advanced eco-environmental benefits from 2006 to 2011,and have lagging eco-environmental benefits since 2011;The eco-environmental benefits of Huzhou,Shaoxing,Zhoushan,and Quzhou were in the lead from 2006 to 2012,and the eco-environmental benefits were lagging after 2012.The spatial distribution of the social and economic benefits of land use in various cities in Zhejiang Province presents the distributional features of "high in the north and low in the south",and the high-value and low-value units of eco-environmental benefits are scattered.(2)Using the model of the coordinated development degree of land use benefits,this article researches into the coordinated development of 11prefecture-level cities in Zhejiang Province in 2006,2011 and 2017,and the results show that the overall coordinated development degree D of the provincial-level cities in Zhejiang Province has risen from 0.5051 to 0.6849 in 2006,to 0.7709 to 0.8266 in2011,and then to 0.8160 to 0.9283 in 2017.The type of coordinated development of socio-economic benefits and eco-environmental benefits of land use in the cities has undergone a transition from a marginal,intermediate-coordinated socio-economic benefit lagging type to a medium-level,well-coordinated eco-environment lagging type.From the perspective of space,the coordinated development of in cities at the prefecture level in Zhejiang Province shows that the northeast and coastal cities in Zhejiang are relatively higher than the cities in southwest Zhejiang.(3)Using the coupling degree model of land use benefits,and analysing the coupling degree of socio-economic benefits and eco-environmental benefits of land use in the prefecture-level cities in Zhejiang Province from 2006 to 2017,the result shows that the coupling degree of each local city is in the stage of coordinated development,and it has gone through a process of low coupling degree,transitioning to the best coordinated state,and developing to a less coordinated development.The coupling degree of Hangzhou,Ningbo,Jiaxing,Huzhou and Shaoxing,have a slower growth rate in the middle and late stages.However,the coupling degree of Jinhua,Quzhou,Lishui,Wenzhou,Taizhou and Zhoushan in the coastal areas of southwestern Zhejiang have a rapid growth rate in the middle and late stages of coordination,which overall coordination has decreased.The study on the coupling and coordination of land benefits in Zhejiang Province has confirmed that there is a close relationship between the socio-economic benefits and eco-environmental benefits of land use in Zhejiang Province.Socio-economic development requires the rational use of land resources,at the same time fully protects natural resources and attaches importance to the construction of the ecological environment which restrict each other,affect each other,and promote each other.According to the chronological change trend of the level of coordinated development and coupling under the current situation,in the future,when Zhejiang Province develops social economy,it will pay more attention to the ecological environment construction,and ensure the sustainable use of land resources.
