Research On The Preparation Of Bright Stock From Liaohe Mixed Heavy Oil Vacuum Residue

The dissertation is to prepare Bright Stock which meet the national and industrial standards with Liaohe mixed heavy oil as raw material based on the solvent deasphalting-lubricating oil hydrogenation combined technology.Emphasis is placed on the effect of operating conditions on the solvent deasphalting and lubricating oil hydrogenation products so as to provide reliable and appropriate operating conditions for the preparation of bright stock.Propane and n-butane are selected as solvent in solvent deasphalting experiment and the effect of temperature on the yield and properties of deasphalting oil and the relationship between the yield and properties of deasphalting oil are mainly investigated.The experimental results show that the yield of deasphalting oil decreased and its properties became better with the increase of operating temperature,and its properties became worse with the increase of deasphalting oil yield.When the solvent is propane,the propane deasphalting oil with a yield of 35.83 wt% is suitable as the raw material for lubricating oil hydrogenation.While when the solvent is n-butane,the butane deasphalting light deoiling oil with a yield of 21.70 wt% needs to be mixed with the vacuum distillation oil with a proper mass ratio then it can be used as the lubricating oil hydrogenation raw material.Lubricating oil hydrogenation experiment includes hydrotreating and isodewaxinghydrofinishing process,propane deasphalting oil and butane deasphalting light deasphal-ting blending oil are hydrotreated at appropriate temperature respectively.The sulfur and nitrogen content of the two hydrotreated products are lower than 3.0 ?g/g,then the hydrotreated products can be obtained by after isodewaxing-hydrofinishin-g process.Compared with deasphalting oil,the viscosity index of hydrogenated product is greatly improved.The viscosity index of propane deasphalting oil is up to108 after hydrogenation,while that of butane deasphalting light deasphalting blended oil is up to 47 after hydrogenation.The Bright Stock HVIH 150 BS,MVI 120 BS and MVI 90 BS can be successfully prepared from propane deasphalting oil hydrogenated products after distillation cutting,while the Bright Stock MVI 120 BS can be prepared from butane deasphalting light deasphalting blended oil hydrogenated products after real boiling point distillation cutting.
