Research On The Present Situation And Development Countermeasures Of Municipal Domestic Waste Classification For Urban Residents In Hefei City

In recent years,with the increasing level of urbanization,the scale of cities is expanding and the number of people is increasing,which brings about the rising living and consumption level of residents.This has also led to a sharp increase in the production of domestic waste,the discharge of a large number of domestic waste to the ecological environment brought great pressure,but also caused a series of environmental problems.The discharge of a large amount of domestic garbage has brought tremendous pressure on the ecological environment,and thus caused a series of environmental problems.Under the background that the party and the country attach great importance to and the growing awareness of national environmental protection,governments across the country are also actively supporting and advancing the treatment and pollution prevention of urban domestic waste to maximize the realization of "detoxification,reduction,and resource utilization." Garbage classification goal.Hefei City is one of the latest batch of 46 key cities for waste sorting.At present,the Hefei Municipal Government has adopted some measures and methods to promote waste sorting.On March 30,2018,the "Implementation Plan for the Classification of Domestic Waste in Hefei City" was launched,which marked that Hefei City has officially entered the ranks of national waste classification cities.Based on this environmental background,through the combination of theory and practice,based on existing theoretical research,through the distribution of questionnaires and field interviews to understand the current status and problems of waste classification in Hefei,It also gives effective and constructive suggestions for the problems found,and provides impetus for the future development of waste sorting in Hefei.Through the analysis of questionnaires,this paper finds that there are many problems in the current urban waste classification in Hefei.In terms of policy guidance,there is an unclear division of responsibilities,which leads to the lack of awareness of the main responsibility of the subject.The problem of infrastructure construction;in terms of implementation,due to insufficient publicity,urban residents do not know about waste classification,and residents' short-sighted behavior reduces the enthusiasm for waste classification,and poor classification awareness also affects the development of classification habits;in terms of results feedbackInsufficient reward and punishment mechanisms have insufficient effects on residents' incentives and punishment,and there are problems with multiple management and overlapping functions due to incomplete management systems.In response to the above issues,we propose countermeasures to promote the development of waste classification in Hefei from the level of government,urban residents,and communities.For example,we should build and perfect the cooperation mechanism of responsible subjects,promote the construction of garbage classification infrastructure,optimize the ability and level of supervision and management,improve the incentive role of incentive mechanism,mobilize the enthusiasm of urban residents to participate,implement unified system implementation standards,and intensify propaganda and education work.Waste sorting is a huge,time-consuming,wide-ranging,complicated and tedious project.It cannot be completed overnight.It requires the government,community,and residents to invest a certain amount of time and energy to gradually cultivate residents to develop garbage in their lives.The good practice of classification is to truly achieve garbage classification and contribute to the advancement of China's ecological civilization.
