| This article discussed the method how to coat the polyurethane coating agent on PSA tabby fabric to obtain the Waterproof, Moisture Permeable and Flame-retardant properties.PSA fabric was chosen to obtain the Waterproof, Moisture Permeable and Flame-retardant properties by coating. It is a kind of organic anti-high-temperature and anti-inflammation materials, which is researched independently by our country and its intellectual property is totally belonged to our.In order to obtain the Waterproof, Moisture Permeable and Flame-retardant properties, the paper studied the aspects below:1. To explore whether or not to via choosing appropriate coating agent to obtain the Waterproof and Moisture Permeable function.2. To explore appropriate coating craftwork, solve the difficulties during the coating process; make the coated PSA fabric have Waterproof and Moisture Permeable function. Waterproof & Moisture Permeable index were satisfied the standard of GJB2320: Hydrostatic Pressure is larger than 14.7KPa, when temperature is 23℃±1; Moisture index is reach 480 g/m~2·24h.3. Make the anti-inflammation index satisfing the standard of GJB2320: damage-length≤150mm, extend-burning time≤8s, dark-burning time≤5s.4. Study the relationship between the coating weight and Waterproof &Moisture Permeable function, find the best coating scale.From the study, it were found the appropriate coating formula and craftwork to obtain a multifunctional PSA coated fabric with Waterproof, Moisture Permeable and Flame-retardant. Furthermore, the relationship between the coating weight and Waterproof &Moisture Permeable function were studied and the results are used as references to exploitation Waterproof, Moisture Permeable and Flame-retardant multifunctional PSA coated fabric.
