With the development of coal mining automation technology.As the basic fossil energy industry of our country,the coal industry will not change its core position as the foundation of Chinese industry and the core of China's energy for a long time.To realize "Made in China 2025",the coal industry,which is the foundation of China's industry,must take the lead in upgrading and adapting to the transformation of China's industry to automation and intelligence.The automation of the integrated mining surface based on information perception is the key technology to realize the safe and efficient exploitation of coal resources.The core of the integrated work surface automation is the integrated work surface navigation system.The basis of a navigation system is communication technology.Because the different interfaces and protocols between the current work surface equipment can not be interconnected,so that system integration increases unnecessary conversion links,resulting in low reliability and poor communication and other problems,in order to ensure the operation and normal use of the system,often need high costs.Therefore,this paper explores the technologies of communication in the integrated surface navigation system,and the main research contents are as follows:(1)Combined with the automation of the integrated work surface process and technical characteristics and industrial Ethernet protocol,the industrial Ethernet communication protocol and database analysis and design.(2)The positioning of the shearer as the key technology of the automatic production of the work surface is particularly important.Based on industrial Ethernet,the Ethernet communication software is designed.(3)Because the communication requires different data,its direct storage in memory and Flash retrieval inconvenience,so combined with My SQL design edging face navigation system database.(4)Combined with PCM-3365,the hardware scheme of the integrated surface navigation system is designed.(5)WEB Web interface is designed to meet the Ethernet-related settings in the local database of remote change engineering control machines.Combined with Node.js,the deployment is implemented on the industrial control machine.(6)The communication software is designed,with socket as the core technology,the connection database interacts with the upper computer and combines Navicat and IIS to realize the automatic backup of the database in the form of batch files.The paper has 53 pictures,7 tables,116 references.
