Research On Themanagement Strategy Optimizationfor EB Company Involved Inwater Environment Comprehensive Management PPP Project

In recent years,the water environment comprehensive management PPP(Public-Private-Partnership)project got explosive growth under the promotion of environmental demand and policy,which brings the huge development opportunity for many enterprise.However,due to the water environmental comprehensive management PPP project has "quasi-public product" or "operations" of special properties,there are many profession problems such as "emphasizing engineering and overlooking operation","emphasizing financing and overlooking coordination","emphasizing formalization and overlookingimplementation",also brings large business difficulties for most private enterprises,which lead to the these private enterprises benifits cannot be guaranteed.Therefore,in view of these existing profession problems,it is particularly important to deeply study the management strategy optimizationideas and countermeasures for sucessful case of EB companybenifits and long-term business of enterprises invloved inwater environmental comprehensive management PPP project.This paper studies mainly through theoretical analysis method,literature analysis method and case analysis method.The profession problems and the related management coping strategies of private enterprise had been deeply researched based on the the SWOT analysis theory,marketing theory and stakeholder theory.Firstly,the the research results about the development of PPP model application at home and abroad and its application in water environment comprehensive treatment and the characteristics of water environmental comprehensive management PPP project had been summarized systematically.Secondly,the profession problems of water environmental comprehensive management PPP project had been summarized references the typical failure cases and which lead to the business difficulties for enterprise,the optimization research of management countermeasures to solve these profession problems had been deeply studied.And then,the management countermeasures of EB company to avoid and solve these profession problems had been researched by a successful case of EB project,which had been selected as the demonstration PPP projects of United Nations.Lastly,the solutions of management strategies optimization had been researched and put forward for the private enterprise involved in the water environmental comprehensive management PPP project.Through the above research,the solutions of management strategies optimization for solve these problems private enterprise including take the long-term development view and strengthen the top-level design of business management,optimize and improve the contract management mechanism,promote the comprehensive management ability were put forward,aimed to provide reference for enterprises to realize long-term and stable management of water environmental comprehensive management PPP project.
