With the rapid development of China's economy and the rapid increase of industrialization,air pollution has become more and more serious.At present,the whole country pays special attention to smog,and the government is also looking forward to controlling air pollution.And in the short term the most effective dust control measures is spray dust.Multi-function dust suppression vehicle is one of the necessary vehicles in most cities as a sharp tool of spray dust suppression.At present,domestic dust suppression vehicles use the auxiliary engine to provide the power of the fog gun vehicle.This form has the disadvantages of high operating noise,substandard emissions,high operating fuel consumption,and inadequate utilization of the power of the main and auxiliary engines.Noise,air pollution and waste of resources.According to the product development plan of Zhongtong Group,this topic analyzes the solutions to the problems of noise,pollution,and energy waste,and adjusts the technical route of the multi-function dust suppression vehicle.Combined with the concept of energy saving and environmental protection,the single-engine hydraulically driven multi-function dust suppression vehicle was developed.Focused on the following work:Firstly,the single-engine working mode is designed and developed.The technical route of the multifunctional dust suppression vehicle is improved,and the overall scheme of the multifunctional dust suppression vehicle is designed.The role of single engine hydraulic drive technology route in the whole vehicle and the main components of the whole vehicle are expounded from the angles of power distribution,axle load distribution and energy consumption.Secondly,the design and calculation of the main parts of the whole vehicle,such as spray fan,tank body,sprinkler pipe and spray pipe,are carried out.The hydraulic system of all kinds of movement of the full hydraulic drive dust suppression vehicle is developed again.the design calculation is carried out from the design of hydraulic principle to the design and selection of each working part.Finally,the prototype car was trial-produced,and the product was improved and improved on the basis of road tests,and the energy consumption of the hydraulic fog cannon was reduced by about 32% compared with the double-engine dust suppression car.The correctness of the technical scheme of the power system and hydraulic system of the single-engine liquid suppression dust suppression vehicle proposed in this paper is verified.It can not only meet the actual needs of customers for dust reduction and suppression,but also achieve the goals of energy saving,environmental protection,safety and high efficiency,and achieve the design goals.
