| Urbanization is an important driving force for the economic development of a country(region).At present,our country is in the stage of rapid development of urbanization.With the further development and improvement of urbanization level,the ecological environment has encountered certain risk pressure,has also brought certain constraints and restrictions to the development of urbanization.In order to speed up the process of urbanization while minimizing the damage to the ecological environment and coordinate the relationship between urbanization and ecological environment,people need to constantly adjust,adapt and protection.Therefore,under the background of ecological civilization construction,it is very important to study the coupling and coordination relationship between urbanization and ecological environment to realize sustainable development.Based on the existing research,combined with the actual situation of urbanization and ecological environment development in Gansu,this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation system of urbanization from four angles: population urbanization,spatial urbanization,economic urbanization and social urbanization,and constructs a comprehensive evaluation system of ecological environment from three aspects: ecological environment state,ecological environment pressure and ecological environment response.Based on the statistical data of 14 prefectures in Gansu from2008 to 2017,based on two evaluation systems,7 first-class indexes as the direction and24 specific indexes as the standard,the weight of each index is first determined by entropy method,and then the urbanization level,ecological environment level,urbanization and ecological environment coupling degree and coupling coordination relationship of 14 prefectures in Gansu are evaluated and analyzed according to the measurement model.(1)From 2008 to 2017,the urbanization level of Gansu has been rising,although the population urbanization has fluctuated up and down remained stable as a whole,and the change range of the other three subsystems showed a rising state,and the trend of change was basically consistent,among which the contribution rate of economic urbanization to the whole urbanization level was the highest.Ecological environment comprehensive index changes in the shape of "W" word,the overall fluctuation range is small,basically in the range of 0.419-0.774,the space presents the characteristics of north high south low.The quality of urbanization varies greatly among regions,and thelevel of ecological environment is relatively balanced.Except Lanzhou City,the level of urbanization development in other regions generally lags behind the level of ecological environment development.(2)The coupling degree between urbanization and ecological environment in 14 prefectures and cities in ten years is basically between 0.277-0.694,which is gradually transitioning from antagonistic stage to running-in stage,and maintaining steady development.The degree of coupling coordination between urbanization and ecological environment has improved,and there has been a decline in individual years,but the overall state of fluctuation and rise has gradually increased from the stage of mild imbalance to the stage of primary coordination.The relationship between urbanization and ecological environment tends to be stable gradually,but the regional differences between 14 prefectures and cities are still relatively large,the coupling coordination degree of Hexi area is relatively high,and the Longnan area is relatively low;In addition to Lanzhou,the urbanization comprehensive index of other cities is lower than that of ecological environment.With the rapid development of urbanization,the quality of ecological environment has remained stable in the research period,which can barely carry the of the rapid development of urbanization. |
