Coal resources have always been the main resource of China's energy consumption,and its proportion in China's energy consumption structure is as high as 70%.As China's economic growth tends to be stable,the total amount of energy consumption has gradually eased.Therefore,the coal industry has been in a low-level operation in recent years,and its profit margin is relatively low.This has caused the coal industry to shift from an extended transaction to an internal control transaction and has proposed a new efficiency and cost utilization rate for coal supply chain management of requirements.The emergence and development of coal supply chain finance has accelerated the circulation of funds and goods in coal trading,improved the transaction efficiency in coal trading,and gradually formed a larger industrial market,and related industry research has become increasingly large demand.Domestic and foreign academic and business circles are very mature in supply chain finance research,but there are few researches on coal supply chain finance.The main reason is that the domestic market is in the seller's market for a long time.With the transformation of the coal industry from the seller's market to the buyer's market.there is a huge industrial demand and academic demand for the research of coal supply chain finance.This paper has a strong theoretical and practical significance for the research of coal marketing supply chain finance.Through the market research on coal supply chain finance,this paper deeply studies the transaction structure,competitors and external environment in the coal supply chain financial industry.At the same time,using S company's operational data as the original data,using SWOT analysis,formulating its basic competitive strategy and market positioning,and proposing relevant marketing strategies of S company.This paper locates the financial products of S company in coal traders or coal logistics companies with financing lines ranging from 1 million to 20 million.The acceptable interest rate is 10%-18%.and it has all kinds of financial products.At the same time,the company's full financial product strategy was formulated to cover a wide range of financial needs,focusing on the development of online direct channel strategies,while optimizing customer operations while focusing on customer experience.Finally,develop a rapid iterative development strategy for S company's technology products,respond to changes with speed,and win the market with products.
